Speakers are excellent but I had some difficulty in knowing what to do about connecting cables. it seems to me that with most electrical equipment connections are supplied, sometimes already attached to the equipment. Why should speakers be different? Or if connects are not being supplied, should there not be clear advice about obtaining user-friendly connects suitable for the equipment, to be purchased as an additional item? The only information I could find on the Superfi page from which I ordered my speakers offered lengths of cable cut to size, without plugs. The length sent to me for £4 was useless for purpose. A follow-up enquiry did not receive a very helpful response. I have temporarily fitted previously-used cables while looking for a supplier of ready-made plug-in connections.

Bought an Ex-Demo Projector saving over £700 over buying a new one. I was expecting it to have 100's of hours on the bulb, however It had less than 10 I'm sure (it had 15h on-time logged when I thought to check after a day or two's use)

I just happened a week ago to be needing a new set of speakers, when up pops an email with exactly what I was looking for at almost half the best price I'd seen elsewhere. I have previously bought items from Superfi both in-store & on-line & with the last purchase (which was a bargain!) i see no reason as to why i would not continue to do so as the need arose. I had contact them afterwards regarding some background information & the chap on the other end was extremely helpful.

Unbelievable lead times for products ordered online. I have to constantly ask when my products were going to arrive, and I still haven’t had both items yet. Also want two pairs of B&W speakers but I’ll buy them elsewhere

Fast delivery excellent product

Ordered a TV on free next day delivery, received a call to say it's not next day and can be arranged for 2 days time. The company delivering called Panther Logistics failed to deliver twice by "misplacing" the item. Reviews online of this company show this is a regular occurrence. Order cancelled with Superfi, start using reputable delivery companies as it will start to affect your own previously good reputation.

Very good service although the anti-skateing weight was missing. One is on the way though so all is fine
