Found the products i purchased are of excellent quality and found the customer service was excellent and the answers to the questions I put to the online team out my mind at rest and seasoned the worry . The only slight niggle I, have is when making the initial order, I didn't realize the the item was out of stock. Maybe it could be made clearer. Or it could have been my fault. Other than that no complaints. Worth waiting for the substantial saving on the price of the product.

Happened across this site somewhat by accident. I usually default to another well known retailer. But soooooo happy found Superfi. Brilliant choice of wide range of excellent equipment, with great value for money and from my experience painless and efficient processing of my order.

Pretty much perfect. Chatted online about the product and received his honest advice. Decided to purchase and delivered by the end of the next day.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is a problem with my order which could easily be sorted but it has not been and is ongoing. Almost farcical.

Had a few problems with an open box item missing power lead . After several calls to customer service I eventually spoke with Julie who was brilliant. She called the supplier and then immediately called me back explaining that the supplier would be sending one out to me overnight. I received this a day later only to find the player was faulty, I contacted Julie again and the matter was resolved quickly with me receiving my replacement which I am really happy with. Super price and super after service.

It has been an overall good experience. My only 2 x slight issues were that I bought an Denon Amp that had been previously opened. I thought I got a better price on it than I did and I also paid for next day delivery before 12:00 but didn't see that it was only Monday to Friday. The following day was a Saturday so I paid extra to wait 3 days. Other than that its been very positive.

Had a few problems with the shop Superfi when I wanted to return something. I called Trading standards & was told of my rights & that the person I had spoke to had given me false information. I ordered what I wanted on line & following day my order arrived. So happy with the service & product that I’m going to order the same again for my daughter. Would of given 5* if it wasn’t for the problem with the man lying at the shop

Ordered a Marantz Receiver on Sunday which was advertised as “In Stock” the order was ready to dispatch on Monday. Excellent service and no hassle whatsoever. Item delivered Tuesday as promised. Would definitely use again.

Item arrived on time, will packaged and in good condition. I was a bit worried as there are some terrible reviews for this company elsewhere but I had no problems. My headphones were new, and work fine and were considerably cheaper than other sites.

Once again great service from Superfi. Purchased a Marantz CD Receiver M-CR611. Delivery as promised next Day. Bought this to replace my full size System. What a piece of kit this is, fabulous, great sound out of such a small unit. I would have been happy to pay full price for it, But I got a bargain at a shade under £300. Couple it up to some good quality speakers and you won't be dissapointed.
