Hello. I ordered an item for the first time from Superfi with a guaranteed next day delivery. Despite waiting in all day and seeing that the package was out for delivery at 9-00 in the morning, the package was not delivered. I contacted your office at 8-30 the following morning to get some advice. I spoke with a very helpful and sympathetic staff member who said that the courier, Parcelforce, were like that and that Superfi were unable to control the actions of Parcelforce. Whilst fully understanding this, next day guaranteed delivery should not be advertised. I had to rely on my neighbours to take delivery of the package the following day and was lucky that they were in to do this. The product I purchased, some Bose headphones were fine and slightly cheaper than on Amazon, however, with the response about the courier, I may well order similar products from Amazon in future as their delivery matches their guarantee.

This is a review for superfi rather than the lovely product that i purchased. The website, the ordering, the price, the delivery and the opportunity to review were all first rate. Very impressed and will use them again.

OK item well packed, and quick service, was easy to assemble with instruction working parts. Looks a nice unit, but rather flimsy compared to the more professional much dearer record decks, which are more solid. The USB is useful, but yet to copy any vinyl, as yet. Good value for the money item, sound is very decent playing vinyl, with supplied stylus fitted. Like the auto playing press start arm stylus, and return at record ends. Little disappointed that deck was not more solid made, so will have to see in the future how well it lasts? If more solid made, It would have been 5 stars. For a better quality deck,it means more bucks.

Generally a good experience , there was a problem with the supplier releasing stock but was kept informed of the process, because of this about a 6 week delay in receiving the order but would definitely use again because of being kept up to date throughout.

After waiting 2 months for my purchase I am very pleased with my 5.1 speaker system. Due to lack of stock.

I was impressed with most of the Superfi service - helpful & courteous staff, clear communication about my order, free delivery. The only problem was the delay in sending my Pioneer CD player - but i gather that was the fault of Pioneer and not Superfi.

Total shambles of a company. Forget about next day delivery , should be never. Ordered a tv on line over a week ago. got email to say tv would not be in stock FOR A WEEK and delvery would take longer than the usual two days. A week later told they could not deliver tv to my area as it was TOO BIG. Then they just cancelled my order and told me they would give me a good price on any other order I would make. Complete IDIOTS !!! why would I order anything from them and then wait to be told they wouldn't deliver.

I ordered a Yamaha subwoofer at 4.30pm on Wednesday with the expectation that it would arrive the following week, to my surprise if came the next day, if us a great big of kit and was up and running in a few minutes Good bass!
