SCAM!!! This company is the worst! Do not use them. They do the bait & switch scheme on people. They’ll quote you one thing & then day of pick up, use the excuse of “the driver wanted more money”. Then charge you $1000 more even though the contract you signed said otherwise. This company is a disgrace to the auto transportation industry. They’ll use every excuse in the book. They did not fulfill their end of the contract for the pick up date. Nor did they bother to call us to let us know it would not be picked up. We had to reach out & that is when we were told a different pick up date & price. They also leave your inquiry up on a switchboard for other companies to see. They do that on purpose. Chris Williams is a sorry piece of work! DO NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My vehicle was delivered with a flat tire! At pickup my tires were all in good condition and two years old. At drop off there was a giant metal piece stuck in the tire making it flat. I pointed out to the driver that the tire was flat, and that it wasn't flat at pickup. All he said to me was well it's flat now. The driver also proceeded to hold on to my keys saying he was $150 dollars short his delivery price. I do not recommend this company or Auto Fury llc in Addison, IL no one took responsibility for the flat tire on my vehicle. Huge headache run!

Would give less than 1 star if possible. After receiving info about my car and trip, they sent sent a quote. I accepted and had a pick up date confirmed. Dealership issues forced delay of 3 days. I called day before to confirm and representative (Mike) said he would get driver and call back. He did but now said driver wanted more money?! I reminded of our contract. Long story short, after 1/2 day of trying to extort more money, company said they found driver for agreed price. Driver did not pick up for an additional 2 days and said delivery would be up to 3-4 days longer than company agreed to in beginning. Car picked up 3 days ago and had to follow up with driver for inspection report and tracking number. Driver informed us he is in Miami for unscheduled maintenance and the delivery will be another 5 days. DO NOT USE US CAR-GO!

We booked with this company to have our vehicle picked up and it was not. Upon us contacting the company we were told it would be next day. My husband waited to no avail. After HE called we were told there were mechanical issues with the driver's truck and it will be next day. (Now two days) Chris Williams (which clearly is not his name) called back from a call center located in India with loud multiple conversations going on in the background quoted us a price that was doubled from the contract and begin to say "They have this right because of the contract." Then he tried negotiating. At this point it was very obvious it's all a Bait and Switch Scam. I have requested a refund and to speak with leadership. Constantly getting the run a round. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER and CLEARLY has outsourced their business!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! The girl's name was CATHY WINTERS (Haha from the Indian call center) I signed a contract to transport Mercedes 2021 from Dallas Texas to Las Vegas. 3 hours before the car was supposed to be picked up she said that the "driver wanted more money" Just an old scam. She asked to me change the contract from $700 to $1,075 which was an increase of 65%. I refused then she said how about $1,050, I said NO. She kept throwing numbers and brought it all the way down to $975. IT WAS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

US Car Go Freight was to pick up 3 vehicles of ours for relocation to our new home in California. They took a $450 deposit for the transport at the time of booking. I did not receive confirmation the day before pickup as I was advised so I called the day prior to our scheduled transport and inquired about the pickup. I was advised “we have been working on your case all weekend.” I asked what that meant and I was told there is a driver issue (the day before we were to move across the country). Our belongings had been moved by that point on 8/19 and we were staying in an empty house awaiting vehicle pickup. So I told the rep that we must have our vehicles picked up I was later called back and told a driver can come to get 2 cars on 8/21 (our scheduled date) and the other one on 8/22 if I can leave the car and hide the keys outside. I refused as this is a safety issue. I told them all cars needed to leave as promise don 8/21 and that we had flights to catch at 6:35AM on 8/22 and cannot leave the car. I was also told to do the 3rd car the fee would go up $3000. I was quoted $900 per car with a $50 discount per car after car #1 so the total was $2600 to transport. The day before I was told I need another $3000. I said that is not what I was advised or what is written on my documents and I demanded transport of all 3 cars on 8/21 or time them to cancel my transport and I would drive. They could not deliver as promised and I canceled. It took me 3 weeks to get my $450 deposit back because I had to dispute it with my bank after waiting 2 weeks for a manager to refund the money and it was never done. These people played games with me and my family and kept calling me days after to ask if they can transport my car now. They also kept saying a refund will be processed, never did and still kept harassing us by calling and asking are the vehicles still avail e for transport. I paid $1600 for hotels, gas and food for us to drive 3 cars over 3.5 days from DE to CA. We lost our plane ticket $ for 4 people and should be compensated. BUYER BEWARE.

This company quoted transportation of a small car from Corona del Mar, California to Rexburg, Idaho for $650. They requested a $200 deposit which we paid and made a pickup appointment for September 30th between 12-4pm. In reality, there never was any carrier contracted to pick up this car today. In fact, the representative with whom I'm speaking (goes by Susan) , now tells me that they're still trying to locate a carrier who will pick up our load. After I challenged her to help me understand why we made an appointment when they never had a carrier scheduled in the first place she stumbled around and kept falling back on their company being a broker... Perhaps this is their excuse for misleading, lying, and abusing people's time? This is probably the most unethical firm I've experienced at any point in my 57 years. As a business operator in 6 western states, I'm hard pressed to understand this kind of conduct. We will be requesting a refund and, should they fail to produce it, they crossover from deception and gross misrepresentation squarely into the realm of outright fraud ... And we will not look the other way. Reprehensible. UPDATE: I received a call from the original sales agent who told me that her job was on the line because I posted a negative review and that she was going to get fired. Then - she explained that the company would give me a refund of our deposit if I deleted the negative review. So, in addition to potential interstate wire fraud, false advertising, bait and switch, and misrepresentation the company wants to engage in extortion? I requested to speak with her supervisor who goes by Kevin. Kevin explained that they were still attempting to locate somebody but it's hard to do on Saturdays. Which took us right back to the original issue... Why did you make an appointment and take our money if you didn't have any drivers in the first place? Then he rotated to the concept of cancellation fees. I inquired what cancellation fees those might be if they never actually scheduled anybody in the first place? At this point I believe this company probably needs the attention of the attorney's general both in Florida and California. NOTE: After the aforementioned , the same representative eventually texted and called me back, wanting to book us a truck the following day (Sunday) for roughly $1100-$1200, assuring me that this new total would be the final total. I asked her who the trucking company was but she refused to disclose that information. I told her to cease communicating with me - which she did.

This is an update to all. I was told on August 30th 2023 that I would be getting a full refund from UScargofreight within 2-3 business days. I waited 5 business days still no refund. I then called again and was told that I would receive my refund by the end of next week which was September 22nd 2023, it is now September 23rd and still my money has not been refunded to me. Remember it has been since August 30th that I was told that I would be getting my refund. As of now September 23rd 2023 this scam company has not refunded my money. Why would a refund take this long? Why is this company continuing to make promises but never deliver on it? Do not give this company your money because as you can see you will never get it back. I'm surely going to file a complaint with the BBB. I have been dealing with the lies of this company since August 25 2023, a legitimate company would have resolved this issue by now and given me my refund.
