Avoid this place!!! Don’t fall for their low prices. All a scam. I called to change my pick up date the week I booked. Confirmed the date. Called two weeks out to confirm dates and times due to my flight. They stated had me in for Friday between 8-11am. Well Friday morning came and went and I got the run around with every agent. I posted a negative Google review and instantly the “senior agent” called and said he would work it out if I removed the negative review first. I said not until you do your job and pick up my car. Fast forward an hour later and they landed a driver who wants more money for pickup and can’t be here until later tonight. Should have read these reviews before booking. Absolute waste of time and now stranded figuring out plans. Run away from this place!!!!

I got my car shipped with this company. They quote a lower price initially to make you sign the contract. No one came to pick up my car on the agreed date. When I called them, they asked for a higher price (30% more), and they could not ship my car at the initially agreed price. It is a lot of hassle to work with this company. Better to find another company even if it costs more.

**Review On August 21st. I received correspondence from US Cargo Freight Logistics on August 21st. Additionally, they refunded the $130 back to my account. I wanted to make sure I provided an update to my initial review that was submitted on August 20th. I was disappointed that I had to submit a negative review in order to be heard by this company and for action to be taken. Therefore, I will change my review to a 4 star. Thank you! **Review from August 20th. I booked a service to have my car shipped in July of 2023. I canceled my car transport services at least 3 days in advance. I paid $130.00 prior to shipping my vehicle. I never received a partial refund or anything from this company. I had spoken with the manager and my service provider Robert Costa via email on several occassions. I was informed by the company via email/Robert Costa that my refund of $130 was issued on July 15, 2023. I have never recieved that refund until today. The total cost for transporting my vehicle was $275.00, however, I paid $130.00 the time of booking my appointment. I have email correspondce from this company on July 7, 11, 18, and August 9th, and I have not recieved a refund yet. I would never recommend this company due to the failure to provide honest and fair services.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I SIGNED CONTRACT TO SHIP MY PORSCHE FOR 1000.00. I DEPOSITED 230.00, WITH THE BALANCE DUE TO DRIVER ON DELIVERY. THEN THE GAMES STARTED “ CALL US WE HAVE A DRIVER….BUT HE WANTS 1400.00 MORE” I CANCELED THE CONTRACT, BUT DESPITE 3 PROMISES THAT MY DEPOSIT REFUND WAS BEING PROCESSED 07/17/23, THERE IS NO REFUND. IM GOING TO SUE THEM. BUT DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WORK WITH THESE THIEVES. Update: “yes, but if you were an honorable company, I wouldn’t have had to resort to leaving you bad reviews….you've got enough of them as it is” 🤣……your reviews are horrible!…you should be out of business, and I think the formal complaint i made with your governing body…..(Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) will have negative consequences for you…. oh, and believe me, over the last 4 weeks I’ve reached out to your useless customer support page countless times, and was assured that the refund would be in my bank that *day *pick a day

I’m not sure where these reviews came from but a quick search on the better business bureau gives a clearer view of this company. They bait you with a low price but never contact you or show up to complete the work. This company requires a deposit with a signed contract but you will have trouble with the refund. CHOOSE ANOTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY. This may be a scam

I gave this company $220 down to pick up a vehicle which they never came and got. They said they would refund my money and have not yet after two months.

Would give zero stars if I could. All the 5 star reviews are fake. Use this company at your own risk. They give a lower price and then hook you into signing a contract with them and they increase the price after your car has been picked up and make you pay a higher fee. They called me and told me that the company policy was against refunds and that I’d get a $100 voucher which I never got.

Absolutely miserable experience with this company. Had booked them to ship my Motorhome, agreed to price, signed contract and they never showed up. Then they tried to “re-negotiate” price. More than doubling their contractual price. Run from this company…they are only a middle man trying to book your “delivery” on someone else vehicle. Lousy business!!!

Bait and Switch! They quoted $500 to transport a car from PA to FL. The day of shipping and said that it would be $850. Do not use them!

This company is a complete scam designed to bait and switch and steal customer deposits. We received a quote to have our 16 year old car shipped for $550. We deposited $170 with them. We followed up with the same agent to confirm price and time of the pickup. Then on the day of the pickup, we are redirected to another agent who then says the price is now $1,300 because the driver says gas prices have changed. Absolutely disgusting bait and switch and this company needs to have a lawsuit filed against it for these tactics.

I got scammed The agent made me sign for $900 for car shipping contract and the day of the shipping he asked for 1450 After getting $200 deposit

I was given a quote of 700.00. Paid a deposit of 150.00 signed a contract. After signing the contract I was told that the cost was going to be an additional 500.00. And they did not pick up on the date they scheduled. I cancelled the pick up and was promised my deposit back. This all happened on 12/16/22. I still have not received my deposit back and they are refusing to take my add of the national boards so I can use a different carrier company. Ryan Thompson is extremely rude and has hung up on me. This company is a total scam. Definitely do not use them.
