I had a very frustrating experience with US CAR GO FREIGHT. Initially, Bruce agreed to a price for transporting my vehicle, and everything seemed set. However, on the day of pickup, they informed me that they required more money in order to proceed. This sudden price hike was not only unprofessional but also left me in a difficult situation. I lost both valuable time and money because of their misleading tactics. It’s clear that their business practices are unethical and not trustworthy. I strongly advise against using this service, as they seem to prioritize getting more money from customers at the last minute rather than honoring agreements and providing transparent service. Save yourself the hassle and go with a more reliable company.

Setting up to transfer our car was so easy. The driver, Jose Luis, was a stand up guy and very devoted to his trade. Tracking our car across the country was available and coordinating with Jose Luis on day of pickup was a breeze.

They were punctual, courteous, and took exceptional care of both my 2017 Grand Sport Convertible Corvette and my 2016 Lifted Jeep Rubicon. From pickup to drop-off, they were very detailed, taking photos and informing me of any blemishes, chips, or scratches. I have complete confidence in their service. I was referred to US Car-Go Freight by a neighbor, and even though my transport was scheduled just before the Christmas holidays, everything went smoothly. I live on 13 acres with a long, ½-mile driveway, so pickup at my home wasn’t possible. However, the driver found a convenient location for me to meet and receive my car. Later, when I couldn’t meet him for drop-off, the driver made sure the car was safely parked in a designated spot and sent me photos for confirmation. Bruce Davis was incredibly helpful with our transport. The shipment from Topeka to New Orleans fell right in the middle of one of the biggest snowfalls in New Orleans history, but it didn’t delay the delivery. Bruce went out of his way to deviate from the original drop-off location and delivered directly to our home, saving us both time. He was also very helpful in overcoming some language barriers. I wouldn’t hesitate to call US Car-Go Freight again for another transport.
