I hired this company, and it was a terrible decision. Their representative, Jimmy Hill, promised to pick up my new truck on Friday but failed to do so. When they did not show up as promised, Jimmy Hill had not even hired a carrier yet. He said they would try for Monday. I fired him on the spot. He kept calling me, saying he found someone, but it would cost more money. I told him he was unethical and that I would never do business with him or his company again. I reminded him that they were fired and needed to refund my payment. Jimmy Hill said they would keep $50 and refund the rest. They have not done so. These people are terrible. Do not waste your time.

It was a lot going on . I eventually got my vehicle. The driver was impaired but went above and beyond. I gave 4 stars because I received a email saying they was deducting $50 from my reservation fee of $75 . It was said to be taken out of a cancellation but I never cancelled anything.

Considering the kind of people they are, brokers for this type of service, I can only give 5 stars. I sent my Rolls Royce round-trip, and after two weeks, the service and prices were excellent. Don't waste time-call them directly! Shout out to my agents Kevin and Ron, who helped me with everything.

Around mid September I put out feelers to transport a UTV from Idaho to New Mexico. On the 19th I signed an agreement with US Car-Go Freight to transport my UTV in an enclosed trailer for $700. I sent $200 to get the process started. I spoke/emailed/texted with Bruce Davis (phone number 813-851-0613). The pick up date was to be on the 21st. For some reason (I never did get a definitive answer) the driver couldn’t pick up my UTV. On September 25th I was notified than an open trailer was available for $1000 and a pickup date “by the 27th”. I didn’t like this bait and switch approach so I asked for my contract to be terminated and a refund of my deposit. I asked for the refund paperwork. The reply was “No paperwork is needed. I'll forward the details to my accounts team, and they will review and process the refund. It should be completed by the end of today or tomorrow at the latest.” For the next 10 days I placed phone calls, emails, texts, and even live chats on the US Car-Go Freight website and I was told the refund was in process or completely ignored. NO REFUND has taken place. This company is eager to get your deposit and doesn’t care about following through with delivery, after all, they already made money on your deposit. Don’t just take my word for it. Look for other reviews about this company. You will find out a similar pattern. Check out Yelp, Trustpilot and Car transport reviews I wished I had read the reviews first and done my homework before signing an agreement with them. I was naive and it cost me $200 and a lot of aggravation. My advice to you is if you get a call or email back from US Car-Go Freight, more specifically Bruce Davis, or a phone number of (813)-851-0613 ignore and delete it.

Scammed me out of my deposit. claimed no driver was available but then contact me about a new driver that was 400.00 more than listed on that fake contract they sent. If I could sue them I would. They never delivered the car and never refunded my money for no service. Please don't use them, and I will put up a review every time so they wont con anybody else out of their money

This company is a complete scam. They used the lowest quotation to get the deposit, and they will increase the price before picking up the car on the agreed date. Even though they broke the contract, they will not refund the deposit no matter what u say. This may be something they often do, and it is completely It's a scam. You can only get your deposit back through legal means. Don't trust this company.

This company is a scam!!!! This is my review I left on GOOGLE. This company scammed us out of our $150 deposit. After they send us a contract for a price and was signed..the day my son's vehicle was to be delivered, Grace Morgan that works for this scam company, called my husband and I stating that the price has going to go from $350 to $1,500... Then she continued to call, send text messages trying to negotiate the price (for way more than the contract that this company signed). Since my son needed the vehicle for work, we negotiated a new price ( double what the original contract was). more than 6 different text messages Grace sent us stating that a driver had already picked up our vehicle, which was a lie, NO DRIVER EVER PICKED UP OUR VEHICLE. This company had my son miss work, I had numerous anxiety attacks ( I am a breast cancer survivor that is currently on chemo)...My other son was running back and forth from our home checking if "THIS COMPANY" picked up our vehicle. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE/COMPANY/GRACE MORGAN FOR PUTTING FAMILIES THROUGH HELL!!!!!!!!!! I will be seeking all lawful remedies for my sons lost wages, my anxiety, pain and suffering this company has caused us these last few days.
