Do Not Under ANY Circumstance Do business with this company. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT OF ANY SORT!!!!! They will quote you a low price, take your deposit and then call you back stating that it will be double the quoted price!! They’ll say you signed the contract and you won’t get your deposit back. They lied to me and the driver sending us different contracts with different amounts. At the time of pick drop off you’re on the hook for the difference. DO NOT USE THEM OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!

I needed transport for my classic car and US Cargo helped me find the best rate. They worked with me throughout the process and explained everything thoroughly. The carrier was on time for pickup and early on their estimated drop off.

I would definitely recommend this company. I worked with Alex who was very responsive and always kept me informed. He went out of his way to provide the best possible service.

They gave me a quote and after they took my deposit they called back and said they could not ship the vehicle for that price and that it would $300.00 more, so I agreed to pay the difference on one stipulation, that the vehicle would be delivered no later then Friday and if it didn't get to me on Friday that they would accept the original price, they agreed and I even received a text message from the driver that it would be here on Friday. I got a call on Friday and driver said he would not make it to me today. So after multiple calls to the office I kept getting the run around and they said things happen and they couldn't refund any money etc.... then when the driver did finally arrive he demanded $50 more then what my contract stated and that he wouldn't unload my vehicle until I paid, multiple calls back to the office and they said pay the driver the extra $50 and they would refund me the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! As stated before their Google reviews are high but very suspect since most are from the same area. Look at all of the complaints on the BBB

The car was shipped really quick, without any issues to the car. The shipment was actually way faster than the estimated 5 to 7 days, but in the end we managed to solve everything.

Picked up vehicle one day after payment and delivered to San Diego two days later. Very easy to deal wit no issues with setting up, payment, pick up or delivery. Would recommend to anyone

The car transport world is tough to navigate I first went with Nexus - which was a big mistake - Jerry stayed persistent texting me that I was still on the board no driver etc - at first I thought he was crazy until - NO one showed up … so I decided to give Jerry a shot I told him he had 2 days to get me the car … guess what - it showed up in 1!!!! Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end … ! Thanks again Jerry ! I’ll be recommending to all friends family and clients who are needing auto transport !!!

At first this company appears legitimate but don't be fooled. Last minute, they will tell you very few drivers are in route and change date/time for the job which will not work. They also quote an initial price but will upcharge prior to the job. This company is a scam and most likely makes a great deal of money requiring upfront deposits. Don't waste your time or money.

Please be extremely careful of doing business with this agency. They quote low, you pay a deposit of $250 and balance quoted after delivery. Turns out on the day of transporting your vehicle they tell you that it is now $350 more expensive as what they quoted you earlier as in the fine print of the contract (not on the actual invoice) that was an estimate. If you ask for your deposit back they state that there is a $200 cancellation fee. Read the contract very carefully, the print states your quote is an estimate, prepare to be charged hundreds more when day of pickup arrives.

Us Cargo is a very reputable company that's easy to deal with and offers great prices compared to other transport companies. They delivered our truck in just 2 days! I highly recommend them.
