Just wow - better than I ever expected. I was extremely nervous about having a brow tattoo, after all it's not something you can just rub off if you're not happy with it. Karen put me at ease immediately. Her passion for what she does just radiated out, so I knew I was in safe hands. My fears were unfounded as I was reassured in a totally professional manner, every step of the way. The Karen Betts team are always a delight to engage with. The support staff at the end of the phone make making appointments easy, and the make up artists themselves are fabulous. I’ve seen several over the years for various reasons, but Geraldine at Harley Street is my go-to artist. She is kind & gentle, yet very particular about the finished look. My first eyebrow shape was done by her, and I’ve gone on to change my shape with her and the result is fabulous. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Karen now for about 5 years or more and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have recently had my eyebrows microbladed by Jordana and wow I just love them! I had been thinking about having the treatment for a while but I was so nervous, but Jordana instantly put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely love the results and have received so many compliments! After having them done I will never look back and my only regret is not having them done sooner!

Worst mistake of my life was trusting them to do my eyebrows. Almost 2 years later and I still look ridiculous. I actually had eyebrows which the technician totally ignored, plucked them out and then microbladed outside of my natural eye brow line so now I have a line above the tail of both eyebrows. One brow was higher than the other and when I questioned her about all of this she seemed to get annoyed that I was questioning her expertise. It cost me around £600 to ruin my eyebrows. I rue the day I ever let them touch me and I would warn anyone against trusting a lot of the reviews. And even after I had complained I kept getting messages asking when I was coming in for my annual "top-up" Update to Karen: I have sent you an email with all of the dates and details.

Just had my second shape and colour top up by one of the elite team and I love them!! Beautiful shape, perfect colour and the lady who did them checked exactly what I wanted before we began. Highly recommend. Beautiful results.

I have had my eyebrows done twice with this company. Once as a “model” and once by a member of her elite team. The first Time was fabulous (as a model) so much so I returned and paid over £400 for my eyebrows to be done again by a member of Karen’s elite team. Unfortunately the second time has left disappointing results. After 9 months the brows have faded. When I contacted the customer service team to discuss I was told I would need to pay a further £395 for my eyebrows to be “treated” again. This was without them seeing a photograph or seeing me in person. Very disappointing that a company of such good reputation would think charging £800 in 9 months reasonable.

So pleased with my eyebrows! I did a lot of research and felt I could put my trust in them. My first appointment went so well, Geraldine made me feel relaxed straight away, I took old photos of myself when I was younger and she discussed what I wanted and what could be done. She then penciled the shape in and the perfect shape was there! I had no second thoughts and I am so pleased with the results. They frame my face beautifully, I would truly recommend my friends to Karen Betts.

I thought long and hard before having my eyebrows microbladed and can only say I wish I had gone ahead sooner. Since I reached my fifties my eyebrows were becoming increasingly sparse and patchy, consequently I was painting them on each day! Geraldine’s approach and explanation put me at ease, she took great care with the ‘pencilled’ shape and ensured I was happy before progressing. I love the result.

I went to Karen Betts clinic in Harley Street in June 2018. After breast cancer treatment I no longer had the thicker eyebrows I use to have. I was very apprehensive and worried. The therapist talked me through the process. I came out with the most amazing micro bladed eyebrows. I went back for a top - up in January 2019. Naomi made me look and feel great. My eyebrows look fantastic. I have another appointment booked for July 2019. I will keep going to this. Please do use this clinic - fantastic staff and took away all my concerns. I have recently had microblading by Carrina at the Wilmlsow Clinic. I cannot recommend her enough. She instantly relaxed me and talked me through every part of the process, ensuring I was completely happy before starting the actual work. My eyebrows are fantastic and I can't believe I haven't done it sooner.

I have been going to Karen at Harley Street, for my brows, now for 4 years. Prior to my first visit I did loads of research and in fact had consultations with two other permanent makeup specialists, where I live in Essex . For various reasons I wasn't happy to go ahead with either of them but on meeting Karen I knew she would do a great job. The initial consultation was friendly and professional and I knew I was in safe hands. I go for an annual top up and can honesty say it is money well spent. Good brows make such a difference to your appearance and have made me more confident. Its not just a treatment for the young and glamorous - I am 58 and as a teen of the 1970's had terribly over plucked brows. I highly recommend Karen to anyone considering this treatment. Carrinna did my eyebrows. She is extremely professional but friendly and warm at the same time. She put my mind at rest and explained every detail as I was a little nervous, which is exactly what you want when you’re having something so final done! She listened to exactly what I wanted and took her time choosing a colour and perfecting my eyebrows! All in it was a brilliant experience with amazing results!
