I have used Karen for both my eyebrows on several occasions and my lips twice. Karen is fantastic at what she does and I would highly recommend her. Karen and all the staff make you feel so at ease and are very friendly. I recently had my lips done but once they had healed I wasn't 100% happy with the coverage. I emailed photos over to Karen's team who responded immediately offering me a follow up appointment with Karen that week. There was only a little bit of touching up to do but Karen actually did the whole of my lips again for free and I can honestly say I am so pleased with the results. I feel so much more confident with my eyebrows and lips coloured so thank you Karen, you are the best! :-)

I am a victim of overplucking my brows in the '70s and am delighted with my microblading - Gemma was very thorough and professional and explained every part of the procedure. I was concerned that they would look 'painted' but they look so natural - even my husband is impressed! It was a little uncomfortable at the time but apart from a little soreness for a day, I've had no problems at all with healing. Thank you!
