I cannot recommend Karen enough. She is so very skilled at what she does and is truly amazing. My brows and eye liner look so natural, I always get compliments and it is not at all painful. I went to the beautiful clinic in South Elmsall for my 6 week retouch to my microbladed eyebrows with the ever friendly Gemma . Gemma is the ultimate professional,she is helpful, skilfull ,gives advice where required and basically does a fabulous job. Gemma discussed what was required and demonstrated her intended fill ins to make sure I was happy with her intended reshaping. Overall I have to say ,you get what you pay for and with Karen Betts and ALL her team you get sleek fuller NATURAL eyebrows that shape, open up and enhance your eyes -NOT something that looks like someone’s left big black slugs on your face like some I’ve seen done elsewhere.

A huge thank you to Gemma for her skilled professionalism, care and attention to detail. My initial concerns were dispelled as Gemma explained the procedure and gave her experienced advice. My new brows suit me so well and I left feeling a huge boost of self confidence.

Can't recommend Gemma enough - just had my eyeliner done and I'm so pleased with it! I was a bit nervous beforehand ... However, Gemma really put me at my ease, taking time to talk me through the whole process, and making sure I was happy with everything before she started. She also took a lot of time at the end to check everything and ensure I was completely happy as well talking me through the aftercare process. Brilliant service, very friendly and really makes you feel confident that you're in good hands with an experienced and professional technician. I have to say I was a bit nervous before my treatment but my technician, Gemma was brilliant. She explained everything at every stage, made sure I was happy with the shape and absolutely listened to what I wanted which was full and natural looking. She’s done just that and got the colour perfect matching my natural colouring. I’m very grateful to her! It was relatively painless as they numb the area and you can only feel a little scrape which didn’t bother me in the slightest. I will go back for a review but everyone is saying they look great. Disappointing Had my brows done. One of the strokes was wide, uneven and very prominent. After a year all of the ‘strokes’ had merged into a pinkish thick uneven line. I was contacted by the salon asking if I wanted to come in for a top up. That would have cost a few hundred quid. I said that I was not happy with how they had worked out but that I would like to come in to see Karen or one of the team to see if they thought a top up would help maybe fix it up. They said no. I had to pay. Was so disappointing Firstly the job wasn't great. And even *if* my skin is to blame... It was disappointed that no one cared enough to let me pop in so they could check it over and see if a top up would help. They said I would need to pay for that. Disappointing given how much I’d paid and also that the initial blading hadnt worked well. Such a shame as Such lovely kind people and they do amazing charity work too. Update post KB reply - KB thanks for the message. I actually had my brows done in 2017 and I contacted the clinic in 2018 at my year follow up. I *did* send pics and was told If I wanted advise on whether to have the top up I’f have to pay. I am only just writing the review now as I am looking for an alternative clinic and looking at reviews which I find helpful so thought others might find mine helpful too.

There is nobody else I would trust! Karen and her team are the best. She really cares about her patients and has such attention to detail.
