I am delighted with my eyebrows. From the moment I entered the building I was greeted by Teresa who followed all the Covid guidelines to the letter which was so reassuring. The technician Jordana was amazing. She quickly made me feel at ease after I expressed my how nervous I was. She made sure I was 100% happy with the shape and colour before proceeding. Full after care was explained and I was told that if needed I could ring for further advice.

I initially had my eyebrows microbladed by Geraldine in preparation for having Chemotherapy and I am so glad I did. When my hair fell out my eyebrows still looked natural (actually even better than my natural brows). They really gave me the confidence to be bold with my bald head and I received so many compliments! I was worried that it would hurt but it didn't at all thanks to the numbing cream. Now that my brows and head hair have grown back I have come back to Karen Betts to touch up my brows and I think I will come every year as the difference the brows make to my face is amazing. I was just blown away with the results. This gave me the confidence to try her microblading treatment on my lips. The results were incredible.
