I have been researching companies to have have my eyebrows done for at least 2 years and finally chose Karen Betts I thought if I’m going to go for it then go for the best. I had Carrinna perform her professional skills in my brows , and I have to say I am absolutely delighted with the result. Carrinna is professional , friendly and explained every detail before and after which I very much appreciated . I didn’t feel a thing painless for me . If your hasitating don’t , have it done I’m an older lady so it’s no easy to get the right colour for my brows ( grey hair) but Carrinna did . Go for it you won’t regret it. Thanks and regards Nancy

I love them. Don't ever think comparing prices will get you a better ARTIST - it's NOT worth the RISK! I would recommend Karen without hesitation. I’m absolutely delighted with the service I received from Karen Betts. Over the years, my eyebrows have thinned and faded. No matter how much pencilling in I did, the look was never quite right. I went through a period of awful stress from 2016 - 2017, through which I almost totally lost my eyebrows to a form of alopecia. I went from having naturally full, dark brows, to having about half a dozen brow hairs, if that. The impact on me was dreadful. I completely lost my confidence. I wouldn't even have my photo taken with my first, new born grand child, who I adore. I felt so self-conscious and looked as if I'd aged about 20 years in the space of a few months. I looked at all kinds of options and treatments and eventually decided to make contact with Karen Betts. What can I say? The service from first making contact with the team (by phone) to the first microblading session and recent re-touch has been first class all the way through. Every member of the team I spoke to was sympathetic and really understood the impact of female hair loss. Karen works with lots of people who need cosmetic procedures due to medical conditions, accidental scarring etc - as well as those just seeking to improve on what nature gave them. The process was fully explained to me and there was a health questionnaire to be completed before the first face to face consultation. After that came the first microblading session. Karen explained why she was choosing particular pigments for my skin tone (a bit lighter than I'd expected - but trust me, she was right!) and got to work. I can't say it was painless, but it was definitely bearable. I was astonished by the results. Full support and guidance was given for the healing process, including a healing balm, written instructions and a follow-up phone call. I was very happy to return for my re-touch a couple of weeks ago. At that appointment, Karen added to the pigment and refined the brows and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I now have beautiful, natural-looking, shapely brows, which need hardly any effort from me - apart from making sure I wear a good sunscreen to protect the pigment from fading in the strong sunshine. It's not just that I've 'got my brows back' - I've got my self-confidence and self-esteem back. My daughter told me 'It just feels like I've got my mum back' and I'm happy to say I've now got LOADS of photos of me with my granddaughter and don't mind daughter sharing them on Face Book!!! Karen Betts is absolutely at the top of the tree in terms of permanent cosmetic treatments. I'm sure there are cheaper options out there, but honestly, the reassurance of knowing how much experience and expertise she has is worth an awful lot. She also has a team of other professionals working for her and I'm certain she insists on exacting standards from them too. All in all, I can't praise the service and results I received from Karen highly enough. I would recommend her to anyone considering microblading and just want to say a massive THANK YOU to her and her team.

This is an excellent service with staff who are very tuned into your individual need. I am very faired skinned and now have no eyebrows of my own. They succeed in producing wonderful eyebrows not too dark which look very natural. People are very surprised when I tell them how I achieve my the result!!
