Malta | 07 June 2024I had bought 3 separate system for my home and 2 other garages, never had problems until I bought the last system. The kit they sent does not offer preview of the motion detection meaning I have to check manually all motion detection to see what it was, on the other system there is a small preview photo which the last kit did not offer, it was mentioned no where so I sent them an email and they said it's a known issue and a software update will be done soon, so I trusted them and I waited, more than enough time had passed 2 years to be exact and no update, sent them again and this time they said that the one I bought cannot have preview, they had never mentioned this before and obviously the return period had long passed, what they suggested was that I buy a different nvr from them at a discounted price which I was willing to do even tho the problem was from there side, however before I could purchase they said that there is no longer shipping available to my country (malta) and they would not offer any other solution, I even told them to send it back and get a refund but they said no, now I kept on sending them for a reply and they blocked me. I will now change all my systems to hikvision which is a superior brand. Avoid annke at all costs, it was a waste of money. EDIT TO REPLY There is no exact date for the update as it never existed as one of your customer care rep said. Aliexpress and your site are the same as you even had all the replies from aliexpress messages, I can't get in touch with them anymore and they blocked my messages to avoid taking any responsibility. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Once I did get in contact with ANNKE support it was quick and easy to get my problem solved. The product is wonderful and works great! Thank you ANNKE for your support!

Recently they stopped recording and stopped sending movement detection notifications to my phone app. The ankke representative assisted me through all the troubleshooting steps to solve the issues I had. Was very patient and very kind.

Italy | 06 June 2024Camera integration failed. I91DM and I91DL (4K budget cameras) DO NOT work with other brand NVRs , while other Annke cameras do so (eg. I51DW). Onvif enabled. Simply, doesn't work with Dahua, Hikvision and other brands. Purchased 10 cameras, mounted, and made a bad figure with my customer: now I have to unmount and send them all back, lost time, and huge amount of money and reputation. Annke Customer support totally unable to solve the problem and/or escalate to higher lever customer support to fix the firmware problem.
