Everything about Annke is great except the fact that they say that they are Alexa compatible but reality is that they are not. There is a configuration issue and the customer support team will keep sending you the same links again and again. However, Alexa skills will never be able to link the account despite any attempt.

Caméras annoncés comme « night chroma » et où on ne voit rien de plus la nuit que le jour, malgré le flash qui doit rester allumé en permanence. Difficulté aussi de configurer les caméras dans l’application. Bon prix par rapport à d’autres marques mais qualité en dessous

The NVR arrived within days of purchase. ANNKE was more than willing to support me connecting Dahua branded cameras, instead of selling their own. They were truly invested in their support until I was up and running. They even promised that they will help me before they knew the depth of the problem. Truly old fashioned customer satisfaction.

AM apelat la serviciul clienti pentru o problema de conectare a camerelor de supraveghere. Am fost indrumat pas cu pas, totul a decurs formidabil, cel de la tehnic a avut o rabdare foarte mare cu mine si mi-a explicat prin exemple (printscreen) pana am reusit sa depistam problema.

Installed a CCTV system using Annke DVR and cameras. Asked a few questions before and received quick and helpful replies. Installed the system and was very impressed with the quality but however one of the cameras didn't work properly. Contacted Annke who were very helpful and even logged in remotely to my system (with my permission of course..!!) to check if all setting were correct. It turned out that the camera itself was faulty so they replaced it free of charge and didn't even want the faulty one back. I would have no problem recommending Annke as the quality of their ordinary CCTV system is excellent, but having a bit of technical knowledge will help if you run into difficulties.

Utter useless company and seems like a cowboy outfit. I paid £36.99 for a camera and it stopped working on one of its motors. It would go up and down but not left and right. It was tested on a Swann DVR and a ANNKE e100 DVR and it would not work. I got it from amazon but as they only do a return for 1 month I had to contact ANNKE with emails. After 12 days of messages and every reply from a different person I was fed up. They wanted to refund me but to PayPal. Strange!! They sent me £28.32 with a £1.75 fee. It got £26 back. And not happy
