United Kingdom | 15 May 2023my son bought me 4 Annke cameras the box and cable for outside my home.i had a professional install them for me .i forgot my password so e.mailed annke they sent me a code and i was able to set everything up.i have such a good picture even at night the vishion is so clear and the sound is great.i now can see anyone at my door at night before opening it.my son also has the app on his phone giving him peace of mind .as you can get the cctv on familys phone also.the pictures are so clear .

United Kingdom | 15 May 2023I received a 4k camera on the post two weeks ago. I found at least 5 dead pixels in the image. I opened a ticket with them, and after asking me for several pictures, they haven't accepted the return, arguing that on my phone i have to zoom in to see the dead pixels. Obviously!!. But what happens when you connect this to a 4k monitor? you will see them. I have opened a dispute with Paypal.

Costa Rica | 10 May 2023First thing, I want to thank you for keeping supporting your older products. You may have improvement in the tech area, but at the end I was able to fix the issue. I have been in tech support for decades and since the beginning what I got were instructions on how to install the service, when I told you the App was working for a long time and suddenly stopped. The instructions of reset factory settings were correct, but I already tried that by the moment I got the suggestion. I presume the FW update as a possible solution but was until the end that I got the instructions to set the device to Auto-Download upgrade file, which doesn’t work, and I also got the link to download the actual FW latest file, so I use it to manually upgrade the firmware of the DVR using an USB flash drive. After this, the device didn’t connect at all, but I reset again to factory settings, and I was able to make it work again. Kudos!!! Thanks for all your help and patience.

United Kingdom | 09 May 2023Customer Service? What Customer Service! Over the past 5 days, I've sent emails and Live Chat messages. I received 1 response from Live Chat and was asked to reply by email. All's you get is an undelivered email response back. I've attempted to Live Chat with them twice this morning where I was 1st in the queue then all of a sudden I'm disconnected, not sure if this is by them on purpose but I'm sat at my laptop watching it happen. The app and website is so difficult to navigate and complete a simple task (updating Wifi credentials). I'm quite a tech savvy person but it is literally impossible! I had high hopes after reading their reviews a lot of good ones particularly on their customer care however I can't agree in the slightest and really do wonder where they've all come from. Please do not respond by telling me to email support@annke because as I've said I've replied to your message and it says undelivered, I've tried to contact you on Live Chat but cannot get through to you! Instead please check out the email I sent to you on Friday 5th May @ 15:57 and try and turn this around! I'm more than happy to update my review if I actually get some help!

I have tried for OVER A YEAR to make contact with them, and I'm beginning to think there is no one that actually works for the company. No one answers the phones, no one replies to the chat, no one replies to your emails. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. Do not waste your money on a company that cares NOTHING about the consumer.

United States | 02 May 2023I am not tech savvy, older senior citizen! 🙂 Kyle was the person that assisted me on the live chat. I had received codes to try and unlock my system but those did not work. So, I sent a message to Kyle to let him know and he jumped right on it. He told me what I needed to do. I did. Immediately, I received another set of codes which worked. He didn't give up on me! I was so appreciative! Thank you for your help, Kyle!

Australia | 02 May 2023I moved into a new house and with it I purchased the Annke CCTV system. Never knew the password. Contacted Annke and the lady guided me very well through what I needed to do. As I was finding it a bit hard she then came on my laptop and had everything going within 5 minutes. She was amazing and I was so impressed with the great service. Fantastic and thoroughly recommended
