J'ai passé une commande le 21 janvier. J'ai bien reçu la facture et le prélèvement a bien eu lieu, mais aucune nouvelle pour la livraison. Par Email ils ouvrent un ticket mais aucune réponse.

1st class service, always helpful. Product range good. Tried others but Annke take some beating. If and when required I will use again 100%.

Even there do not exist a WLAN-Camara which could work in my environment jet - helpful information. Maybe there will come one in the future.

The support I received was excellent, the technical agent (Echo) was helpful and thorough with their fault finding efforts and the customer service team responded quickly in replacing my device once it had been determined to be defective....all in all a positive experience.

Thanks for all your help my son is pleased with service so far I believe he is getting a new hard drivesent out i thought yourselves would just send him a new box out but not for me to say but thanks for all your help

Dopo un mese di utilizzo, un vostro NVR si e’ guastato. Impossibile accedere al sistema, porte Ethernet spente, etc. Vi ho avvisato su email e whatsapp, inviandovi video del NVR come richiesto, mi avete risposto con risposte programmate. Dopo 4-5 giorni ancora nessuna risposta seria. Quindi non posso che esprime la mia massima delusione………

I asked a really straight forward question and got the most comprehensive of replies. I wasn't sure if I'd even get a reply but I got an absolute blinder. I'm really impressed and can't recommend Annke enough. Brilliant.

Caméras découvertes au boulot, j'ai décidé d'en installer chez moi pour remplacer les anciennes devenues trop fragiles et peu fiables. Dommage que tout soit en anglais pour les réglages mais la qualité est là et la fiabilité semble être au rendez-vous.

Verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Mir wurde nie geholfen, 1 von 4 Kameras hat nie funktioniert (scheinbar zuwenig Spannung via POE vom NVR aus) Kein Lösungsanschlag hat gewirkt. Kann die Firma absolut nicht empfehlen.

Lieber einen anderen Hersteller und etwas mehr Geld ausgeben
