Original system was very old but they tried to help fix the issue but in the end had to buy a new system. The old one worked without issue for 8 years. Hope the new one will be the same or better. Had an issue with the new order, hard drive missed, but was resolved without any quibble adn by express delivery.

United States | 24 April 2023The new software in Annke's latest dvr's offer better perusal of events of the line crossing and intrusion "smart" events (as well as the usual motion triggers found in most dvr's). I installed security systems when I was younger and have tried every name-brand and even more of the no-name dvr's available to the marketplace, but while our dozen or 2 dozen dvr's made by other manufacturers sits in a pile, Annke DVR's are all that operate in our buildings now (and the increased visibility of the 8mp cameras accomplish what used to take 2 or 3 cameras to cover the same area). These guys are heading in the right direction in my opinion.
