Regular and timely email keeping me informed of progress

I decided to get a cholesterol test done by One Day Tests as my GP had flagged up a few years ago that it was a bit high and I wanted to check how it is now. Booking the test online was very straightforward. I got my blood taken at the local ODT clinic and the process was done very efficiently by Ellie - unusually I didn't get a bruise where the needle had gone in, bonus! Ellie was happy to answer a few questions I had and made sure I knew when to expect the results and the format they'd be in. Overall this is a really great service that isn't extortionate and so is a great supplement to the NHS, which we all know is struggling massively at the moment. Many thanks One Day Tests.

Easy to arrange, simple clear website. I chose to have my blood 'drawn' I was offered a suitable apt within a couple of days at a suitable location. This process was simple, I was not kept waiting. I was also able to add another test at this late juncture. My results were sent through very quickly and were easy to interpret. Compared to a blood test offered via a private practitioner this was far cheaper and can't imagine results would have been different. Thank you.

Amazing place for a quick blood test. My kit was sent next day, easy to follow instructions, and very fast turnaround. The lady at the customer service was very kind and helpful. I recommended One Day Tests to all my friends.

Service was efficient and timely

This is the second subscription I've had and the kit arrived as scheduled. The process worked better for me this time and I got a full tube up to the level required with just two attempts. Results were prompt and the graphs show an improvement, so this reminds me to review my diet and exercise regimen.

Why can’t the NHS be like this? Charming, experienced nurse (name, Carla, I think) made an effort to make me feel relaxed (“Alexa, play Ed Sheeran”). Results appeared in my easy-to-understand on-line dashboard within 24 hours. I’ve also printed them out to use in my NHS telephone appointment on 25th October. Yes, I know, still over a month away. But at least with my thyroid numbers at hand we will be able to have an informed discussion, rather than another 6 weeks delay. Quite honestly, I’m not sure whether we’d be better off if the NHS just collapsed and all medical staff migrated to well-run private practices like this one.

I like it was very fast and you really could understand whats going on with your body because of theese blood tests. I did some tests in another places where is a doctor comments section specific for your blood answers I would like to have this in here ..another thing your page said you can bring your blood at home and give it to your clinics,but when I bring my sample to clinic they send me in post office and was very confused..

Excellent, very fast service and very easy to read the results through the dashboard. The dashboard gives you plenty of information so you can discuss with your gp if you have any concerns. Only thing I would say is my tests showed a few areas with cause for concern but after visiting my gp apparently the NHS work to different parameters so all was fine.

I was welcomed by a friendly and polite nurse who was very professional and after I had provided details of my medical history, I had two types of blood tests as requested, The clinic in Maidstone was very tidy and clean and I was also very impressed with the quickness of the results, which were both set out very clearly and received within a couple of days. The blood collection itself was a very easy and painless process. The results are clear and easy to navigate. I would like the option to have a doctor asses the results and provide an overall assessment of the results.

Have used twice now really simple to use test kit and both times have had the results back the following day excellent service

One Day Tests chatbot told me a particular blood test included certain things which it ended up not doing. After flagging this to the person while taking the blood test she told me it is not included and if I want this as well they would charge me for this which I didn't want to pay considering I had already paid for it (?). I showed her the conversation with the chatbot clearly confirming this but she still said I had to pay for it. Later that day I contacted their team online and shared this with them and they gave me this particular test for free but I had to travel there two days (£15 for each trip) in a row and a lot of fuss to get it. I got the tests quickly but it feels like they try to monetise every opportunity they can. If you are in a hurry to get a test it will do the job but it will also cost you around £100+ per visit depending on the test.
