Was a great service. Saw me quickly, nurse was friendly and welcoming and had my bloods taken efficiently and without fuss. Nice clean, sterile environment. Got most of the results back the same day and the rest over the next couple of days. And the results all come with a comprehensive and easy to understand booklet of your results. Only loses a start because you have to take the results to a GP to go through them rather then them doing it. But that's just a small niggle to an otherwise great service.

This is an excellent company. Easy to navigate website, home test delivered very quickly, easy instructions, great packaging, great email communication with updates about how to post sample back, smooth delivery back to the lab, results received the next day! Very impressive altogether, great customer service.

One of very few companies to offer an insulin blood test outside London. I was able to get a fasting test done an hour's drive from my home, by a lovely lady phlebotomist. Very straightforward, and the results came back very rapidly - within 48 hours. The website health dashboard is not the best, and you have to use a different password to access each different result. You can download them, but you still need the password to open the documents! I commend the security, but it was a bit of a faff.

I didn't need to book in advance to have my blood taken and the results came back very quickly.

They did the job quick and easy and i will use each month now.
