The ball thrower that I order didn’t do anything that it said it did. I’m very disappointed and will not be wasting my money again

The product I received was a great deal, the packaging left a little to be desired and I wish the description would have stated that it didn't come with instructions or paperwork. Over all it was still a great deal on a car seat that was in like new condition.

The return assurance is useless. You contact them because something is not working, instead of accepting the return they make you contact the manufacturer.

Customer service representative Bahadir ticket #5554 was not helpful in any way shape or form. After that, I am never purchasing a product from this website ever again. Update: I requested the return because the product was not working even after I followed manufacturer instructions to resolve the issue, and on top of that I paid to return the product to begin with. Sustainability aside, don't have an option to sell the ability to return a product if you won't accept returns. Don't risk purchasing through this retailer.
