The car seat- stroller came was in good go condition to our surprise as box was destroyed. Totally taped together and smashed. UPS driver even took pictures saying he’d never seen anything like it. Description said damaged box but product line new, it is!!!

I was a little leary initially, but after checking out, I was so glad I ordered a Graco SnugRide 35 lx infant car seat. It was just as advertised and came in a timely manner. I also ordered the Baby Trend Golite ELX Nursery Center. It is set up very quickly, and we love it.

The bedside bassinet was way to short for the bed. I chose it because it had 6 heights. Even at the highest level it was way to short. I asked to return and was told no because I should have measured the bed before purchasing. It did not come with an owners manual. Obviously it was not new like it was advertised. I will never recommend kiddy to anyone. Ever. Let alone purchase anything for my new grandbaby with you

Item came with screws scattered everywhere music on swing did not play, it has been repeatedly returned by other customers. This should be included in the listing , it was not properly inspected

First time using this site. Overall the products purchased were in good condition, pricing were maybe about 10% cheaper, nothing to jump around about. Expected to really see a good decrease but sadly, no. In all would i purchase from this site again? possibly, not for the prices just the convenience of another site to baby shop.

A literal scam of a website. They sent me a used item and refused to refund me.

I honestly was a little hesitant to buy from this website but the item was shipped promptly and arrived just as described. New in a damaged box with no defects. Wish I knew about this website sooner.

False advertising. Order diapers and website said damaged box. But the sleeves of diapers were open. I believe that should have been explicitly stated on the website. Customer service didn’t care at all. I hope this company will update their website to stop deceiving customers.

The company was very prompt and inform us when the stroller would be arriving. The stroller was sold as open package, but it was impeccably packaged and completely new. We saved over $300 and got a brand new double stroller that was very hard to find anywhere else.. thanks Kidsy!

I received a diaper pail that had dents in it and wanted to return it, but was denied return saying that it was in good shape gently used and I should have known that I thought they were just open boxes and not used only returned for an open box and unwanted item Very unhappy

i ordered two kids car seats... but they came without the two buckles to secure each one to the seat. just a piece of plastic with no anchors to secure it. directions said to place seatbelt around child. no no no. that would never hold my child securely. trying to return or find fasteners. now i have two useless seats of plastic
