Everything was as described. Delivered quickly and safely

I ordered something that was described as brand new. However, when I received the item, the box was mangled up so bad it had been taped almost completely up. Upon inspecting the item inside, it was very apparent it had been opened, the plastic wrapping was all ripped and manual crinkled up. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because it doesn’t seem to appear the item has actually been used. I ordered the item as a gift so it’s extremely disappointing. I definitely won’t be gifting it as I had planned in the condition it came. This was my first time ordering from this site so maybe this is normal but if so I wish it would have clarified so in obvious site.

Item was in a re-sealed damaged box with another customer's shipping label. The item was advertised as "New". Obviously it was not. Unable to gift this at a baby shower now. New mom questioned whether it was used.

Very fast delivery which was great! The product was awesome and less expensive then what I was going to pay and all just because the box was open. Kidsy taped it closed and sent it me which only took two days to receive.

This site is a fraud! They sell cheap, then charge you extra when shipped! Don’t trust this company! Fraud!

It was a refurbished owlets foot sock and it does not work. I will never buy from this company again. Update- pictures were sent. Pictures of the foot dream sock, packaging, as well as shipping label. I received refund as it was a refurbished non working foot dream sock.

Item was sent in a torn box with a missing piece and no instructions. By no means was this item “NEW” as specified in the order. Very disappointing!!

I ordered a NEW Baby Brezza formula mixing machine. I received a filthy used machine. Yes, it was in the box with all of the plastic and instructions etc but this machine is NOT NEW!!!!

I bought one baby formular maker. But they sent me old one, i think that one is return one! I opened the box, the box is demaged and inside the maker has pet wool ! We do not have pet at home but I found one white long animal wool so unhappy!
