Unfortunately the murder mystery we purchased was used. Whoever re-packed it left out a piece of evidence from the solution envelope that revealed the killer. This essentially spoiled the entire experience. Be more mindful when you are selling used items, especially ones that have information that will make or break the enjoyment of.

Great price on Nintendo switch controllers in a damaged box. Each controller was in perfect condition. The shipping took over a week, that's why I'm reducing one star. I'm used to faster turnaround.

Ordered an owlet sock and turns out my internets too fast for the product. Asked for a refund and they said not our problem.

I received the stroller in a beat-up box and the pieces were just thrown in the box. They weren’t wrapped in any kind of protective material and the stroller bar was a little scuffed but we were able to clean it off. Easy to put together and was very cute once it was put together.

I ordered 2 car seats off the website. I got both within a couple of weeks and when I opened them, one ended up being cracked near the base. When I emailed the company they were so quick to respond to my email. They were so friendly and provided me a refund for one of the car seats. Would recommend this site for those looking for car seats or anything baby related :)

Received the Graco 6 in 1 High Chair. Great price way below Amazon! My granddaughter was making use of it right away!

Box arrived crushed and taped back together. Arrived without a shipping box and in the manufacturers retail box. I haven’t opened the package yet to see if it’s even brand new as described. We’ll see when the gift recipient opens it up.

I purchased an “open box” car seat and I’m disappointed because there is a stain on it. I thought “open box” items were not used and if it was used, I would have never purchased it. It’s too much of a hassle to send back; I will not purchase from this company again.

My Bret hart figure was squashed the item box was not open. The shades were missing.
