I love that I was able to shop this holiday completely guilt free knowing every thing I bought was sustainable. My son got 2 more toys than I originally planned on getting him but I couldn't resist with their prices and with knowing these toys were getting a new home!

There was a missing item and I notified sorry and they sent me a new box asap. Things happen and when support acknowledges it and makes it right they are awesome in my book

The item was delivered quickly and in perfect condition.

The customer service was good when I wanted to make a return but the reason for the return causes concern. A brand new item, listed as overstock but not open box or without original packaging was a disappointment. Especially given the time of year and the desire to give gifts in original packaging, not beaten up cardboard boxes.

Ordered a car booster seat for my daughter. I wasn't familiar with the company, but decided to take a shot. Processing time wasn't bad, and the car seat came in good condition. However, it was the wrong car seat. When I contacted the company, I was required to submit multiple pictures to prove they sent the wrong seat. They then gave a low-ball offer to keep the incorrect model, which I declined. A return label was sent, and I need to re-box the seat & take it to a UPS store before getting refunded. When I asked about the correct model, I was told they didn't have it in stock. Back to the drawing board....

they told me baby swing is brand new but box is broken. it was not brand new. have spots on all over the swing. and even charger pack was open from its wrapping. it was used and returned back and sold me as a brand new.
