The guy who came to collect passport and biometric was very polite and helpful, even all the staff of BLS London office is great. It was the third time i applied schengen visa through them and got it successfully. Overall, it was the great experience and excellent service. Thank you BLS

Terrible service. I booked an appointment and later needed to reschedule, providing over a week’s notice. They confirmed the rescheduling was fine but still showed up on the original date. They assured me they would hold onto the application until we provided the new document we needed, yet they submitted it just two days later without the updated document.

The agent that was sent to my house was very helpful and patient. Can’t remember his name now but he helped fill out the forms correctly, check documents and put together the application for 4 people. We didn’t have most things ready so we took most of his time, even eating into his other appointments. But he was kind enough not to rush. Great service overall. I’m still waiting for the outcome.

I had used the service twice in the past and had no problems but this time it has been shocking. As people will be aware, the fees are not cheap and as a bare minimum I would expect my calls to be taken. I had an appointment arranged and they did not show up and did not inform me that they would not be coming. The next day I sent an email informing them and it took until the end of the day for them to confirm my rescheduled appointment. I work full time and need to take precautions to make sure I can stay at home for this (especially since the timing is so vague). I tried to contact them multiple times in the day to make sure that they are showing up for the rescheduled appointment as well but the phone number doesn't connect, my emails went unanswered, and the helpline says they don't have the phone number. They then sent me an email at 5 pm to say they apologise for not coming again due to “emergency circumstances” and rescheduled my appointment AGAIN

Poor communication, passport picked up a week ago and still have not received any confirmation that the passport has been submitted for a business visa. Tried to call the number but can never get through. For the $425 fee this is such a disappointment

Bad customer service. Calls not being picked up. After doing multiple emails, get one response that its submitted to embassy which is a lie. I get after 10 days that its submitted while they say its submitted that or the next day.

The level of carelessness exhibited by the staff is truly astounding. To illustrate, they managed to botch something as crucial as my passport delivery by erroneously inputting the wrong address, resulting in its arrival at an entirely unrelated location. This blunder nearly resulted in the loss of my passport. It is quite evident that the staff members at that establishment are displaying an alarming degree of negligence in their responsibilities.

Monopolized collaboration with an absolutely horrendous customer service experience. Ran by ill-informed but well connected crooks that do the least to get by but swindle you of extortionate sums in fees. The Spanish Embassy needs to recognize the magnitude of the problem that is created by partnerandexpress. Customer service is provided by elusive professionals who are gloriously misinformed, have little understanding about the service being sold and have the bare audacity to peddle open lies. They don't care, nor will they since they have created and sustained a long standing, fixed monopoly. It is a an utter shame that they have been given the sole contract for delegated operations by the Spanish Embassy/consulate. conduct business. They are not punctual, they are unresponsive, they do not care to better their service as they are acutely aware that you will and only can apply through them. Repulsive experience that will leave you highly frustrated.

My experience with BLS was not that great to be honest because even after I paid 50 pounds extra for the at home after 5pm service, the agent began calling me at 10am for the appointment and I have to talk to 20 of their staff members who told me that they will be back after talking to their colleague regarding my issue and then never called me back. Then I had to speak to many another agents and they used to hangup on me with the same excuse. Other than that, after the appointment, the agent didn't even give me a reference number to track my visa and I had to beg them and I sent over 10 emails so that they grant me the reference number. I am very disappointed with their service, the fact I will have to deal with them again after my visa expires is giving me nightmares already. Also charging too much for such bad service...

Probably one of the worst visa service provider I have experienced. Extremely poor communication and follow up, tracking reference not provided, status updates through phone is non existent, appointments are virtually impossible to get unless you pay £400+ for the mobile service or get it through a travel agency. Indian based customer representative with no clue what's going on in the UK, all they say is we'll check and get back to you and they never do. Horrible, absolutely horrible
