Within an hour of the evening of 4th February, I realised that I had purchased the incorrect model of iPhone and sent an Email asking that my transaction be halted. Gecko were insistent that this could not be done and I would have to wait until delivery and then return this. I even offered to travel to Exeter for the transfer-again refused

I got a great deal on Backmarket with a renewed Samsung Galaxy S20 FE for only £180 while the average price for that model was around £240. The outside of the phone is perfect, and as of the first day of use, I didn't notice any flaws concerning the software. Moreover, the delivery was pretty fast, so it was very convenient to receive the new phone as the old one was dying. I am satisfied with everything for the moment, but of course I have yet to see how the phone holds up in the long run.
