Found gecko mobile via Back Market. Bought a refurbished iPhone SE 2020. It arrived quickly, the refurbished condition is great & I’ve set it up with no challenges. So far…it’s a positive experience & that’s backed up by a 12 month warranty.

Update; Gecko state that this phone is out of warranty, I bought a phone from them ( different model) the year before, however despite sending proof that I bought this faulty phone on 23 Oct 22 through their sister site, gadget recycling, who pointed me back to Gecko. Exactly the same experience as the last review, bought a phone and the silent button is permanently on. Sent the phone back, for two weeks they couldn’t find it blaming technical issues and now they are refusing to fix it as they think I have returned a previous phone I purchased ( different model) which is out of warranty. I have sent several emails with proof of warranty with no response received.

Got a great refurbished ipad pro. The first one I got didn't work but sent it back and got a fully working one in good condition. Definitely a good experience
