Quick delivery and item as described. Very impressed with the phone (iPhone SE) I have the same one on contract and bought it for our daughter. It’s in faultless condition, next time I need a phone won’t be taking it out on contract as I have been so impressed with the value of buying refurbished.

Terrible customer service, took over a week to receive package to send back in. Sent out with 6 days left on my offer, they received it 2 days before expiry and then took 2 days to ‘process’ offer, after that i received a new offer which was less than half of what my original offer was. Tried to contact customer service but due to a back log it took over 5 days to respond to first message and 5 days for the next message. Feel like they perhaps do this on purpose to rip people off!!

Update 07/03/2023 Gecko, you have just posted an update, which I've pasted in quotes (pasted below) which is completely incorrect You have had my phone since the 13th February 2023, so 22 days, I dread to think what you've done with it for the last 3 weeks, I returned it via recorded delivery, and the tracker shows you have it, yet you do not acknowledge this, nor pick up the phone, nor answer emails My daughter is so fed up with me telling her to wait that she is paying for an old broken phone to be repaired I now feel my only option is to contact the police and my bank, again shocking performance from you, a this is from a really loyal customer PS how can you send me a return label in the future? 26/03/2023 is the date you quote below "Hi Ian, Thanks for your feedback. I can see we sent you a return label on the 26/03/2023 regarding your completion of the returns form on the 12/12/2022, and are awaiting your response." Update 22/02/2023 In order to get a response out of Gecko I had to track down their owner and contact him directly via multiple sources, after which I was issued with a returns form by Gecko, not great Gecko had had my phone since 13/02/2023 (I returned it tracked via Royal Mail) and I have received no information from them whatsoever, no confirmation of receipt, no nothing I have a 17 year old whose patience has run out, I will never use your company again (this is from a loyal customer who thought you were great) Original Posting I have purchased from Gecko mobile before and they have been brilliant This time one of two phones will not charge, I have filled out return forms, emailed customer services, tried to call them but you simply get cut off, and no-one will respond I'm now speaking to my bank, however I paid for this on a debit card, so am unsure they will refund I would suggest avoid at all costs, seems if something goes wrong they simply don't care once they have your money To check this for yourselves try calling the contact number on their website and see what happen yourself, you get a message saying "contact us via email" then cut off So they don't take this review down the order number is S10096

Great delivery, phone exactly as described if not better than expected. Best price around by some way. Only hesitation is the ports on the phone hadn’t been cleaned very well. However, also had another phone from Gecko Mobile where they had been cleaned so just unlucky that one time.
