My order has been stuck at DPD Birmingham since 29-12-22. I have emailed Gecko 3 times they say they are sorry and will help but do nothing. This was a next day delivery ordered on 21-12-22 . As of 11-01-23 still waiting.

Shocking customer service. Emailed. FB messaged. No response. Was unable to send my phone in time due to having pneumonia. Dragged myself to Post Office on Friday to send it and it’s arriving a day later than my offer is valid. Can’t speak to anyone in phone either. Wouldn’t recommend

all of a sudden i notice 2 bad reviews on here ..just had conformation my immaculate phone is damaged screen cracked and as a result is faulty i am going to see if they return it smashed !! dont use this company at all costs !!!!i have photos to prove otherwise and was sent in original box Received phone back no damage no cracked screen .I asked them for proof ..no photos no proof I could smell it from here ......don't believe there price ! They are just trying it on DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Good luck people

Unable to contact these people - the only way is to use Facebook which I don't use, phone a number that tells you to use Facebook or email. My phone is good condition, sent it off and the report was the phone had scratches and the battery was faulty (79%). My wife sent her immaculate phone off and was told her phone was scratched and the speaker wasn't working. Charlatans!
