I was recommended this company to sell my iphone 11 which was immaculate nearly new always in leather case. I was offered £233. 50 When they received it they said it was B graded with several scratches and could only offer me £155. No way had any scratches i asked for it to be returned, now, its gone missing/stolen in post, it was not sent by recorded delivery from Gecko, so I am holding them responsible for the loss of my phone!

I wish I had looked at the reviews here before sending my phone to this company. It's impossible to engage in any kind of consistent communication with them. After receiving reminders from them to send my device, I sent a couple of emails letting them know I have done so and the tracking shows it has arrived. Eventually they responded saying the phone was in the 'unclaimed area' and is unfortunately damaged. I responded straight away asking them to elaborate on this damage and I've had no reply. The phone was in near perfect condition when I sent it. Would avoid using this company to sell your device at all costs

Sent my phone off, tried contacting for updates, I have contacted them on all their platforms of communication, filed a complaint and still nothing, the contact number for them just tells you to contact them via email or Facebook messenger, customer service is absolutely disgusting, don’t sell your phone to these people, they’re a waste of time, basically given my phone to someone for free, absolute joke of a company
