The prices were very competitive and customer service was definitely 5 Star. I have booked by wife’s car in next week and would have no hesitation in recommending them on to other people.

United Kingdom | 24 November 2017I paid £54 for a diagnosis. They said a caliper was damaged and the other three corroded. The technician claimed he could not replace one without taking all four off, they would probably all break and may all need replacing. However, Hyundai said you do not need to remove all four calipers and the chances of them all needing to be replaced is pretty impossible. In the end, it went to another mechanic who diagnosed a fault with the abs. There was nothing at all wrong with any calipers or sliders. He thinks they couldn't diagnose the problem and just made that up so that they could throw my money at the problem until something solved it. In the end, it cost a fraction of the £1100 quoted. It was about £300. Such a shame because the receptionists are lovely and I had high hopes for this place.

But I come from Huddersfield and I am now up there a lot to see my parents - I have had both my cars serviced and MOT-ed by this company this year: - prices are much cheaper than London and great value - customer service is excellent - great expectation management, accommodating, friendly and genuinely nice and, so far as I can tell, - excellent mechanics I look forward to bringing my cars here again - I won't be going anywhere else for sometime and I'd recommend them to you.

My car which had just been serviced and my mechanic mate said it's good to go, failed an mot test at five star autocentre, on top of that, the boss gave me a quote of £750 to fix certain parts of the car that didn't even need fixing. The funny thing is the day later without doing any amendments to my car: it passed an mot test at Kwikfit, these lot are scammers. Won't ever go there again and none of you lot should too.

They explained what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix the car! I honestly couldn't fault them! And as far as I can tell the car is fixed and sorted! Even gave it a valet for us! Thank guys!

I had given up on my car as it kept cutting out and I had a flashing battery light which no other garage could resolve and put it down to a electrical fault which they could not fix.. thanks to mr Ali my car is in full working order and the flashing light has disappeared.. the car drives exactly the same when I first bought it without any cutting out and drives smooth.. thanks mr Ali definitely a 5 star service.. mr alam (Vauxhall corsa)
