Excellent garage, very friendly. Bent over backwards to get my car completed. Price was very reasonable too. Would use again a recommend to anyone wanting a good honest garage. A special thanks for my car valet was definitely needed !

Came to Five Star Autocentre with a damaged blower motor that had been fixed three times by other garages. Five star Autocentre had diagnosed the underlying problem to this to ensure that this will not be a problem in the future. Experienced mechanics and friendly customer service means that I will continue to use them for all jobs in the future. The name definitely reflects the quality of service!

Found myself on the side of the road with no spare tyre so had to get myself to my local garage. Thankfully I found five star auto centre. Although a new tyre was required because I had run it flat they where fast and got me back on the road super quick. The mechanic explained to me what had happend to my tyre, the ladies in reception where fantastic and I even got a cup of tea whilst I waited. I would highly recommend this garage to anybody who would like a fast and very reasonable priced, friendly service. Thank you five star

My car was in an awful state. Had been to many garages, but they couldn't fix the problem whereas five star were brilliant. They diagnosed the problem pretty quick and fixed it and now it drives brilliantly.

Always have my service/mot here staff very pleasant will carry on going there.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! Took my car for an MOT. Advised that MOT would fail due to a gone light bulb. Advised to change the light bulb which cost me an extra £15!!!! I have a small car , the cost of the light bulb was 50p How can they justify charging £13 for labour. I've never paid over £5 for a light bulb change. Disgusted is an understatement!!!!

After having our car into another garage for three days they were unable to diagnosis the cause of the fault. So we brought our car to Five Star Autocentre who quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed the problems straight away. We're very happy with the service given and will be using the garage again.

Honest garage, gave full explanation of causes in proper English, not technical jargon, told me possible options, including prices straight there and managed to sort problem with car in very quick time. I am a very pleased customer.

I have been going to Five Star for 6 years and have been extremely happy with them. I am on my own and admit that I have no clue what happens under the bonnet but they always explain exactly what's wrong and what's needed. In one case I was in financial difficulty so they talked through what I needed immediately and what could wait until later. The staff are always friendly and helpful, follow up after visits with a letter, and have been able to get my car in quickly for emergencies.
