They found and sorted my problem caused by another garage, and explained exactly what had happened,the car is now running as it should be , very satisfied ---- thank you. I would recommend 5 Star Autocentre to anyone.

I had my car serviced at Five Star in October after searching for a garage via the internet. I'm a bit sceptical about reviews but Five star seemed to have too many good reviews for it to be a coincidence! The garage also arranged for a body shop repairer to give me a quote for some rust and body work repairs whilst the car was in his garage. When I went to collect my car he also gave me 10% off the whole cost as I was over 60 putting an even bigger smile on my face. I have just taken my car back to his garage for my MOT today and have no doubts about his integrity and the level of service (something which I tragically haven't ever been able to say about a mechanic before!).

Used five star first time after reading reviews on the net. Was dealt in a polite and professional manner. Had all the paperwork ready upon my arrival for my mot. Passed with some minor advisories. All in all a good experience. Ta.

A warning light popped up on my vehicle so I thought id try five star auto centre. They was very quick to look at my car and give me a full report on everything that was wrong with my vehicle. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and was very professional from start to finish!!

The garage is immaculate you truly have to see it as words do not do it justice and I would say offers the best value for money and customer service I have received in 20 years of driving. I have had my car serviced and MOT'd at Five Star after reading several great reviews online about the garage. They are honest, reliable, quick to turn your car around and always offer you the chance to see what they have done, and they keep the parts that they replace to show you. We used Five Star Autocentre after it was recommended to us by the RAC after a breakdown. The service from start to finish was great. Friendly, helpful staff who kept us informed of everything that needed doing. A lovely bonus in that the car was cleaned - inside and out!! Would have no hesitation is using the garage again or recommending them to others. Thanks

It's my opinion that this garage advertises mots at a low price to get people through the door. They then rub their hands together and exaggerate faults that need fixing to pass the mot. No doubt the technicians are on targets and are encouraged to use the tests as a way to increase profits. I wonder how many people bring their car here and leave having only spent 35 quid; probably those who have questioned the 'faults' and are seeking a second opinion. Needless to say I don't recommend. I also don't accept that there has been any confusion which no doubt the garage would factor in to a response.

Fantastic customer focus My Audi A1 was booked in for a service and mot last week. I was made aware of this garage through a friend of mine at work. I booked online with ease selecting the date and time. Car drives perfectly and smoothly. My car was given a gleaming wash and vac to my surprise. The amount paid was exactly as quoted to me. Had an mot and service done here at the recommendation of my friend. Normally I take it to BMW and they do offer a great service. The reason I switched was due to the cost saving of about £100. Happy with the service Orded my tyres online on the Blackcircles website and got them fitted with ease at five star. Extremely happy with the welcoming staff who had all the paperwork ready on the day. Car was given a complimentary wash and vac which was a nice bonus!

Found this garage via a leaflet posted through the door. Checked them out online and read good reviews about them. I was booked in for a service with a tyre change. All went really well and no hidden surprises. Will go back again next year.
