Bought MKI clothing from Flannels but thought I would try the app directly. Easy to navigate got delivery within 2 days of ordering no hassle. Also the clothing for the price is very good quality. Definitely recommended

I ordered 2 pieces of clothing from mki, looks of them is great, quality 8/10 (I found some incorrections, but not worth return). My bad experience started with shipping, it was 20£ but that’s not the problem. Mki send my package as not paid customs fee, though on their website it’s says above 150£ mark they ship as paid customs. I got 80£ customs fee from UPS and after contacting them (we had 9 emails) they simply said that’s theirs system fault but not theirs problem, returned me 24£ of 80£ fee I paid and stopped responding me back. It’s absurd to me how company can treat a customer who spent not a little money on clothes, admitting their guilt but running away from responsibility.

Staff in the Leeds store is always so chatty and gave me lots of information about the new products that they had in store. Always good quality product too.

Excellent service, from ordering to delivery (delivered within 30 hours of placing order). Slightly disappointed that the Uniform hoodie and t-shirt are different shades of navy and don’t completely match. Great materials used though, feel very comfortable.

Customer service was dreadful waited a week, got a email saying items sent out then another saying 1 item out of stock. Cancelled order.

Amazing joggers great quality and fit and amazing price point too, I seen someone on instagram with them on and he looked totally fit in them so I took a look for myself and ordered them from Harvey nics and they arrive today so pleased with them just waiting for the sweater and hat to arrive to style them up

Order return process is odd. ~£3 deducted without any reason. No free returns available for a brand charging quite frankly premium prices.

You use Evri and the item hasn’t been dispatched. I go on the website to track the parcel and all I get is update within 24hrs. Evri are a crap courier company and steal items. If the item does turn up I will be sending back.

I decided to place my first order after seeing the brand’s social media campaigns and checking out their website, which looked pretty impressive. The delivery was fast, so that’s definitely a positive! However, the product quality was a bit of a letdown. I ordered a pair of bottoms, and when I unwrapped them, I noticed loose fabric and cotton bits in the packaging, making it look like the item had been hastily finished at the factory. The overall finish just wasn’t up to the standard I expected, especially for the price. On the other hand, the gloves I ordered were a nice surprise. While they’re a bit pricey for what they are, I can tell they’re well-made, and I’ll keep them for now. Overall, I’m on the fence. I’m not happy with the bottoms, but I might give the brand another shot in the future. Just hoping for better quality control next time.
