United Kingdom | 27 April 2021Spent ages choosing between two beautiful looking tiles which the website told me were in stock... after placing the order was informed neither were actually in stock and given some vague dates when they would aim to deliver them by. As I needed the tiles for a specific week when our builders would be tiling, I had to cancel the order and go to another company. Really should update the website to accurately reflect what is in stock or not as this will save people time in ordering and having to cancel/look elsewhere. Have two stars as the customer service in cancelling the order promptly was good and no issues getting through.

Ordered Monday 22nd, site allowed me to select delivery date, chose 29th and that is when my tiles arrived. Looking forward to getting them installed. Thank you Porcelain Superstore.

United Kingdom | 28 March 2021I was really concerned about ordering the tiles I loved after reading some of these reviews. However, I took the chance and had no problems, I paid for the express delivery (£50) and my tiles turned up on the day I’d selected (two days later). I did call the company to check they had my tiles in stock before ordering to ensure no delays. There was limited communication around delivery however, I phoned to check the morning of and they confirmed delivery would be that day any time between 8am and 6pm. Tiles turned up at 3pm. Don’t necessarily let all the bad reviews put you off.

United Kingdom | 18 March 2021I was quite nervous when I saw the mixed reviews about this shop. I rely on Trustpilot a lot so that was a big thing for me. I couldn't really find what I was looking for elsewhere so I decided to give it a go. I received a 5 stars service and it went all smoothly. The tiles I received where in the manufacturer's original packaging, the boxes themselves secured on a pallet delivered by the transporter to my doorstep. I don't know why other people had a bad experience, may be the company struggled like many others during COVID. Anyway, I did my homework to minimise risk, I ordered a sample which i received quickly. I then call them to check they had the tiles in stock. I was told that was one of their most popular product so they stored hundreds of sqm tiles in their facility. I was short in time so I paid for a £50 2-days delivery service which arrived as said. The only thing is there was no communication from the transporter or tracking number. I called the store to check the delivery was still on schedule (which it was) The delivery guy turned up with no notice but I was at home so that was OK. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 01 March 2021Made a large order and we were 1 tile short for the install. They demanded the same delivery charge as the large order for 1 tile. When the tile came, it was the wrong size and their customer service team said it was our fault. Paid 3 full rate delivery charges to get the correct order. £90 plus VAT! They misrepresent these delivery charges because they also add the VAT to your order and delivery. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID!!!

United Kingdom | 13 February 2021I placed an order and paid the extra £50 for quick delivery... to date I have not received my order. I have left a message and emailed the company, promising a response and have heard nothing... I am still waiting... I am worried as my money has been accepted by the company and they have not, to date, honoured their side of the contract... trust is everything when purchasing items online and currently I cannot recommend this company as being trustful as their actions do not fulfill their promises made on their website... I am still waiting to hear about when I will receive my order!

United Kingdom | 09 February 2021After receiving a sample of the highline copper tile, we decided to go ahead and order 23 of these tiles for a feature wall. When ordering you could receive a 5% discount for submitting your email address. After numerous attempts to get this, we had to contact the company for a code. After placing the order, we received no confirmation so had to contact the company again to get an invoice emailed to us. We then had to contact the company again when we received no delivery details and then again on the day of delivery to confirm the delivery was going ahead. The driver was supposed to let us know an hour before delivery and this did not happen either. On a plus note, the tiles arrived undamaged and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. The tiles I can’t fault but the company is let down by non existent communication. Delivery costs are very high also.

United Kingdom | 30 December 2020Poor customer service. Ordered my tiles a month ago and still have not received them. Emailed ‘Sam’ who arranged for them to be delivered on xmas eve and the deliver guy never showed up. Called the company a week after and was told they were going to be delivered the next day. Waited and again, no one showed up! Called the company multiple times and they informed us they are still awaiting a response from the delivery company. Finally, sorted it out myself - called the deliver company and after 10 minutes, they told me that a redelivery was booked the week after. Managed to sort it out and awaiting a delivery after New Year’s. Appalling service as they keep giving me wrong information. I had to take annual leave to wait for these tiles to come around only to realise the re-delivery was never arranged! Order number 338199. Update 31/12 The tiles arrive in such a haphazard manner and unsafe for us to remove them as they were 60x60 cm tiles and really heavy. As expected, they were broken. Out of 150 tiles, 30 were broken. We waited a month for these to be delivered and now we might have to wait another month to have the replacements to be sent to us. Luckily, our builder was very understanding of this mishap that was clearly not our fault. Also emailed the company and ‘Ben’ had the audacity to ask me to remove/amend my review. They clearly only care about profit and their reputation. Their lack of sensitivity is pretty obvious. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. What do I have to do to just get my tiles on time and intact?!

When tiles arrive only 1 pack of 3 tiles were broken and they refunded me within 24 hours for the tiles which i was very impressed about. Fantastic communication, beautiful tiles and would definitely order again

United Kingdom | 13 December 2020Had a great experience, the tiles look great and they arrived in perfect condition (one had a chip but we used for cuts so it was fine!). They have one of the best selections of tiles out there and the tile I chose which was swoon diamond decor, i couldn’t find anywhere else. Customer service was also good, an overall satisfactory experience. Would recommend.

Needed a few more to complete, paid again for the rather high delivery charge - my fault ordered a few short last time. Similar experience to others. No delivery on the agreed date, wait in all day, contact cs - no response. Causes problems with other works etc. Order number: 100282784. Update 14/12/20: After posting my review, owner got in touch to apologise, immediately credited the delivery cost and pursued delivery firm, tiles being couriered same working day. Happy now Thanks

United Kingdom | 11 December 2020Poor customer service. Ordered (and paid) for two sets of samples, this was only the start of my problems. One arrived around a week before the other, I had no written confirmation at all from the company so did not even have a reference, all I had was money out my account, had to contact customer service who only then issued my order. After samples finally arrived, I ordered (and paid!) for tiles. Paid for delivery date, last working day before the delivery I received an email (not even a call) to say the tiles I had ordered (about 10 days previous) were actually out of stock. Terrible, now had to cancel tiler who had been booked in for months. No tiles now for kitchen over Christmas. I've tried numerous times to call the company, can't even speak to anyone, can't even leave a voicemail... Their mail box is "too full.'' To add insult to injury, the tiles are still available to buy and have never been removed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they just want your money and will (or will not!) deal with your problem later on down the line. Really disappointed. Only giving one star because I can't leave zero.

United Kingdom | 07 December 2020I now have first hand experience as to why 41% of their ratings are poor. I ordered tiles and was told they would be delivered between 8AM-6PM on Friday. I took off work and waited in all day for the delivery. By 3PM, feeling concerned I called and spoke to Sophie who reassured me the tiles were on route and would be there before 6PM. No tiles arrived and absolutely zero communication to me so it was a complete waste of a day. To make matters worse, I had booked a tiler to come on Saturday who I still had to pay for their inconvenience. On Monday they emailed me and told me that the tiles would arrive before 11AM. I rushed home from work expecting an imminent delivery. Wrong again! No tiles. I’ve spend most of the day emailing them asking for an update. I was then told that the tiles would be here between 4PM-6PM. On the dot of 6PM this evening I get a phone call from a driver telling me he won’t be delivering my tiles today! Cant tell me when they will come! Its actually laughable at this point! Their ‘customer service’ goes off line at 5PM so you cannot reach anyone for help on weekends or after 5PM. You can see their responses to negative reviews here highlights their sub standard service and their combative nature. Instead of saying sorry, we will offer you a partial refund, give you your delivery free back, they would prefer to argue and second guess your experience. It's really beyond shocking. I have shared my experience with all my friends who now know to avoid avoid avoid! Their customer service needs a complete overhaul and until they recognise they have a serious problem, the reviews will continue to reflect this.

United Kingdom | 07 December 2020Tiles are great. However, thats where it ends! I placed my first order (almost £300). The delivery day came and went! I called the next day at 9am to see why they hadn't arrived on the specified day. They told me that they would be there that day, so I had to take another day off work, to wait in 8-6 again! As I loved the tiles so much, I decided to get some more and and give them the benefit of the doubt! Silly me! I called in the morning of the next delivery date to confirm that they would indeed be with me today. The lady who was very unhelpful told me that I would have to Google the contact number for the delivery company! Excellent service at £30 for delivery! I eventually track down the right company, to be told that they had arrived damaged, so they were sent back to the company. I have called the company back and am still awaiting a reply about this! If you dont like your time and money being wasted then I would avoid! I have a tiler now on hold and no tiles!

They were made of glass, which my very experienced tiler had great difficulty cutting (kept cracking). Phoned technical support and they advised he get a special tool. He purchased the tool and still had the issue. Called technical support and left a message. No call back. Left a review on their website and it was deleted. Avoid this company at all costs! Style over substance!!
