I bought some wood effect porcelain tiles which i cut up to use as a top surface frame for my fire pit. The quality of the tiles are fantastic. Cut really well and look amazing. I bought two sets on two different occasions. Once with a paid delivery (as i didn't realise how close they were to me!) and the second time i collected in person as delivery isn't cheap. In fairness they are pretty heavy and i had only ordered a few tiles. I'm sure on larger orders the delivery costs are probably waived. Both times i rang they were really informative and helpful. The delivery one arrived safe and sound and the delivery guy was patient whilst i opened the packaging to check. The second time when i went to collect in person they were really friendly and the warehouse man was very accommodating opening the pack up for me to inspect each one before he lifted them into my car. The whole process and quality of the products were spot on in my opinion. Thanks!

Checked trustpilot after having made a purchase from PS. Any concerns were unfounded. Tiles arrived intact and on time. Didn’t encounter their customer support team as no need. Good tiles and no complaints so felt compelled to counter negative reviews

Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to rush me extra tiles so my tiler could finish (I underestimated 😂). Great products, great prices and well priced delivery.

Product description and pictures on their website are misleading. I bought tiles worth £500 and product that arrived was totally not as described so I asked for refund, but still I need to pay £60 for return delivery. If you can buy at more trusted shops.

Bought a tile called Concept White 2CM. Advertised to be low maintenance and impervious to stains. Simply not true. Tiles mark easily and the marks cannot be removed via any means. Phone customer service who told me it needed a particular product (Lithofin Power Clean) in order to remove stains like scuff marks, dirt marks etc. Bought and used product and it made zero difference. Customer service rep told me they had sold loads of these tiles and only ever had few complaints and confirmed they tiles don't stain. I note now they don't stock this product.

I ordered a sample of the lava black mix tile and loved it. I put in an order and ~2 weeks later on the day of delivery at about half midnight in the morning I got an email saying that there was a defect with my tiles and there wouldn’t be another batch arriving for 3-4 weeks. I phoned up to find out what the defect was, they were really helpful and got back to me but essentially the defect was it was the plain version of the tile. So I guess they didn’t have it in stock. I got my tiles almost 5 weeks later which really slowed down my bathroom getting fitted. Love the tiles, they look great. All I would say is call up and check stock on the phone before placing your order to avoid disappointment. I got the impression from talking to the customer service team that the website is not updated as quick as it should be and that’s likely how my order went wrong. Something for them to work on I guess. EDIT: Thanks for replying to my review. Apologies, it was a genuine defect, although I think my comments still stand about the website not being updated regularly enough. It took 2 weeks after I was told about the defect (and that you had no stock) that the webpage got taken down. I spoke to your customer service team again that day (again they were lovely) and they told me it had finally been taken down and that it meant they were out of stock. I do think this took too long and also that it would be better to keep the webpage open but have a note saying it’s out of stock ( like a lot of online shops do)- it did make me panic a bit that you had stopped selling them. The webpage is still down now and I’ve had my delivery, which seems strange because I’d expect them to be in stock now. Thank you for the offer, as I said they were lovely tiles and would consider using you in future but I would definitely call and get someone to check the stock first (it doesn’t look like I’m the only one who’s suffered this issue). But I did appreciate at the time there was not much you could do, it would have been nice to have a good will gesture whilst I was having the issue though. I hope my review was helpful and constructive because you really do have an excellent and interesting selection and it’s such a shame to be let down by slow website updates. Thanks again :)

Absolutely appalling company, Paid £50 for a next day delivery which failed to arrive. They then supposedly sent them on a 48 hr service only to then claim that the courier had dropped the parcel and smashed all the tiles. However they declined to give me the name of the courier or the tracking details. Now saying that they cannot resend as apparently out of stock. To check I rang the sales line posing as a new customer and was told that they were in stock and I could order. Basically you cannot believe a word they say. I am now waiting for my refund which apparently can take up to 7 days !

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Liz was extremely helpful helping me choose the correct tiles for my kitchen! Excellent knowledge and so polite. Delivery arrived on time and the kitchen is it just how I wanted it! Will be coming back to order bathroom tiles in the near future.

Update: We managed to source similar tiles from a local supplier for twice the price but delivered the same day. Porcelainsuperstore refunded not only our never delivered order but also a square meter of those tiles that we purchased as a sample, delivery included. They didn't have to do that, so credit to them. We will be shopping with them again, based on how they handled a very bad situation. Not great. We ordered tiles that were in stock when we placed the order that was meant to be delivered within 7 days We then received an email that order will most likely be delayed a few days. That was still ok as our builders where busy with other things. After chasing, we then heard that order will be delayed by 2/3weeks. We are halfway through bathroom refit only to learn that i have to let my builders go, as porcelain superstore cannot deliver tiles that still appear in stock on their website! Tiles are very specific and we based our bathroom refit on this design. We cannot find anything similar and none of the companies that we approached can fulfill order on such short notice. Had we been informed 2 weeks ago when we placed the order originally, we would have not been in this situation. We are now facing a choice of changing everything in the bathroom or stopping the works for 2/3 weeks. I will think twice before shopping small again.

Had a great experience with ordering black and white palm spring tiles! Was a bit skeptical ordering as there a few bad reviews but it was so pain free. Had a call an hour before they were due for delivery, no broken tiles and they look beautiful! Thick sturdy tiles, just waiting for them to be fitted now!

Ordered Palm Springs Turquoise hexagonal tiles and love them. They really make our ensuite look amazing. We used white grouting to complement the white lines on the tiles. Delivery was on time and customer service was great regarding queries on how many to order. Ordered more to do a porch floor as love them so much.

I ordered tiles online but the payment didn't process. The website didn't let me know this. When I tried to pay over the phone, it took me 2 days to get through, which I understood as staffing will be different currently. I was told my order would arrive the following Tuesday, although I received no confirmation of this. It didn't arrive. I phoned them to find out my parcel had been damaged and therefore not delivered but no-one had let me know. They reordered telling me it would definitely be with me on Thursday. No confirmation received. Tiles didn't arrive again. I then phoned them again to tell them the tiles had not arrived and they said they would check the status and ring me back. They didn't. I then emailed to ask for someone to ring me and let me know the courier, tracking number or status of my order. I got an email back saying that they had yet again reordered my tiles and they should be with me on Monday. They couldn't provide me with chosen courier or tracking information. Waiting to see if they turn up!

Excellent service from ordering samples to final delivery. Samples turned up quickly & we made our choice from beautiful quality tiles. Not sure exactly what amount we required so contacted them by email & received a reply immediately. Placed order by phone & spoke to a very friendly lady. Delivery was quick. Delighted with service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. Can't understand the lower scores on Trustpilot.

Very unhappy with the service, would recommend sourcing tiles from a more reputable company. I ordered a sample of the tile I was interested, which arrived fine. Some weeks later, I looked at the sticker at the back of the sample tile and went to the webpage to purchase 70 of the 60cmx60cm tiles. The bill came to £600 (ish). The tiles arrive- but the wrong tile, wrong thickness and not at all suitable for my purpose. I contact customer services only to be told that I have ordered the wrong tile and the tile I want is discontinued, and that they will not pay for or organise picking up the wrong tiles. Appalling. The cost of me returning the tiles myself comes to £100. To give you a point of reference; I recently ordered beautiful new oak flooring for our flat, real wood, at a reasonable price. Not only would they have picked up a wrong order, they picked up the surplus flooring and underlay after we had the flooring installed- taking back the surplus we didn’t need, with a refund, for no extra cost. In 2020, the kind of customer service porcelain superstore offers is just not acceptable. I will return the tiling, get my refund and definitely not give them my custom now or ever again in the future. Also to note, there’s an interesting clause about Receiving damaged goods which should have alarmed me- when your goods arrive you are expected to inspect all of them, within 15 minutes (how long the courier will wait for you to do so) if you wish to be able to return goods that arrive damaged. In practice this is impossible- how can I inspect a huge pile of large, heavy tiles delivered and individually packaged, when delivered to the side walk (that’s the only place they could leave the delivery). Even if I could inspect the tiles there, there is no way I would be able to get through the delivery in 15 minutes. Therefore, in practice, if was I to discover later that the tiles are damaged I would be stuck with them. Avoid this company. Go with a supplier that not only provides quality product, but also customer service - this is not it. UPDATE: in reply to the Sam’s comment below here. The fact that your reply focuses on arguing me, the customer speaks volumes for your customer service. Whether or not the mistake was mine- which it may have been- but also it may have been a result of your labelling your sample tile wrong- the point is that good companies do not charge the client for returns, even if it was their fault, which I cannot confirm it was in this case as I followed the product code and that’s how I arrived at the place of order. To answer your question, no I didn’t notice the price- I did not consider this when I first ordered the sample, so I only looked at it when I decided to order. I think my dismay is reflected in your overall rating- approaching 50% (and going up!) of your clients are not satisfied- time to re-consider your approach to customer service? The customer IS always right, if you want them to stay the customer! We have a huge amount of house works coming up and had I felt like there is some kind of service here, I’d be coming to fill my orders with you in the future too- but I won’t. And looking at the rating, many others won’t either.

Received very poor service from this company, first order was fine but when an additional order was placed as we were short tiles to finish a feature wall they arrived a completely different colour. Upon questioning this I was advised that I would have to pay the return delivery fees. When I stated that this was a product fault they said it was my responsibility to advise them this was an additional order (says this nowhere in T&C’s. Or when you place an order) and that placing additional orders was a rare occurrence... hmmmm placing additional orders for tiles when you come up short is actually a very common occurrence as customers often make changes. I was told “we’ll have to agree to disagree, you have to pay for the return”. I was a bit taken back by the rude customer service lady. I’ll go back to my usual tile supplier and won’t point my customers in the direction of this store again.

We ordered tiles for the bathroom from Porcelain Superstore and they are absolutely amazing and go way beyond what we expected the bathroom to look like. The delivery went quick and it was all delivered on time. We are looking to order tiles for the kitchen at the moment and they are also very quick with sending samples (they are full tiles so you can get a good idea of what it would look like). Very reliable and I would recommend buying tiles from them!

I ordered the glitz white tiles for my kitchen & conservatory floor. The tile quality is great and they have just enough "glitz" to look shimmery but not too much. The samples were sent on time and the tiles were very well packaged. Out tiler even commented saying it's the first time he's seen plastic dividers between the tiles, not something I would ever thought of to be honest but I appreciated it all the same! Good service, would recommend using again.
