We booked a coach for a return journey to the Ritz London over the Christmas period and couldn't be more impressed with the service Coach Hire delivered. Nathan in sales was knowledgable and went to great lengths to ensure the evening was a success, and Louise in operations made sure all went seamlessly. The vechicle itself was luxurious and well maintained, and the driver punctual and welcoming. I will be using Coach Hire for future events and would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

William at Coach Hire helped me book two separate coach return journeys. One to the Isle of Wight (which was quite tricky to organise as we needed ferry crossings as well, which I had to book separately) and another on the Isle of Wight. The prices were very competitive, and there were no added costs or anything like that. He was very helpful and responsive, everything went smoothly, and the coaches were in perfect condition (the larger was a 10m coach, and had USB charger ports above every seat). Eddie the driver was also wonderful; very polite, and a safe driver. Can't complain, and I'd gladly use them again.

Great experience with Coach Hire. Very friendly sales team and our driver was a star; we were going from a very difficult pickup point and he made the effort to come early, park nearby in a safe place then come and find the group to make sure we were all ready before he drove the coach down!

Booking process was simple and dealt with efficiently. Arranged for a 31 seater to take wedding guests to the reception. The coach was clean and comfortable. We did encounter a slight issue, in that the coach was an hour late, the driver, albeit late in the day, made us aware of the delay and we altered our plans, which was a bonus for the pub we visited while waiting. I've still given 5 stars because of the way Louise. from Customer Service, dealt with our experience. Thank you

I have never worked with such a helpful travel company. I work for a large music corporation, and used CoachHire for the first time to assist booking coaches for a large travel party to and from a number of airports. What could have been a hugely complicated process was made easy and stress free with the help from Aleah Peters, Senior Sales Executive. The booking was made late in the day, and Aleah dealt with every request and change I had, and was incredibly helpful and professional. We used Coach Hire to order a Minibus for a Company Event and would happily use their services again in the future. The process was fast and easy with good communication from Laura Dyson one of Sales Executives whom I phoned after a quote was provided. We received all the confirmation by email and were able to make small last minute changes to the booking with out issue.

Great driver, easy to contact staff, accommodated a slight change in time, friendly people delt with from first contact to good bye at the end of the journey, reasonable price.
