Really good service. Timely in both directions. If I had a but, it would be that the driver relied totally on the Sat Nav and wasn’t sure were he was going. Fortunately one of our guests knew the area and helped him.

The coach and the driver were fantastic, also doing the booking was good experience. Your staff kept calling to confirm what I required and when. The reason I was a bit unhappy was when I tried to get a confirmation email from your finance department to confirm payment that is when things got complicated. It took a long time for your staff to return calls and I had to keep chasing up my request.

We used Coach Hire during the summer to organise a last minute luxury coach for a Directors corporate event. From start the finish, the service was excellent, with Emma Johnston keeping us informed and updated every step of the way saving me precious time and stress.
