The contact person at the office both sales and call center were very helpful and friendly. I had some confusion regarding the payment option and they help me solve the problem with friendly and can-do attitude. In terms of the actual bus service. At first I receive the contact information of the driver via SMS, but maybe due to lack of proper coordination and communication, the driver who showed up on the meeting day is not the pre-assigned driver. The coach arrived on time for pick-up. The bus is very clean and comfortable. However, the driver was not so friendly at all. He looked as if he were drunk over or lack of sleep. What I really dislike about service is the speed of the bus. I know that there is speed limit, but somehow the driver just drive much slower that what it is limited. I did mention it to him and he replied me with a furious tone and blame it on the speed limit. On the day, there were no traffic jam at all. On the way to the destination it took around 3 hours to get there, but on the way back it took up to 4 hours and a half. It was not a happy ending trip at all because we were already tired from the activities during the day.

Very responsive from quotation till booking. Driver should have full communication with booking team. All in all, quite happy with the company
