Having to book a coach for an important event like my daughter's hen party, I had heard horror stories about coach hire companies not turning up or being very late. Coach Hire were efficient, reliable, helpful on the phone and on the actual event, they called the day before to confirm, arrived 15 minutes early so we could load the coach with lugguage, collected us the next morning on time. Would highly recommend them and their service and would without doubt use them again.

The communication was excellent Coach was clean and the driver polite and helpfull. He turned up about 10-15 mins early both times. I know who I will choose again

All the arrangements made for the hire were very easy and simple. The driver was on time for pick-up & return journey and was VERY helpful. Will go through this site again to arrange any more trips.

BOOKING ~ 223811 During the sales process, Coachhire were all smiles For eleven hours, we'll deliver a driver, four wheels and some miles With more advice to shuttle over a hundred guests The bride-to-be felt comfortable that Coachhire would manage the rest She parted with six hundred and fifty pounds, and on 6th July 2013 from 2pm to 1am, Coachhire promised to shuttle her guests around She sent them the itinerary as planned And with that same front desk smile, they told her it's all in hand On her wedding day morning, all the signs were good Coachhire emailed the driver's name and mobile, just as they promised they would [name] though, alarm bells started to ring Half an hour before the church bells would sing The poor bride was informed just minutes before meeting the groom That the itinerary was missing, and the driver did not know where to go and with whom With luck on her side and a copy to hand The driver was passed his instructions, and could proceed as planned Surely she thought, nothing else would arise [name] though, Coachhire would deliver a bigger and better surprise On the strike of half eleven and ninety minutes early The coach driver rang to say goodnight, which made her worry He told her to speak to his boss, but when she got him on the phone He had no explanation, just that their job had been done. She called the Coachhire emergency out of hours centre, where a female told the bride to speak directly with the driver or his boss; such despair, as she had exhausted that plan with no joy! She finally promised to call the bride back, but shame on that rude lady, could not even manage to do that! With no other options available, or Coachhire services to call The bride's evening was over and she helped to order taxis for all She was not sure how much this all cost, only that it should have never happened if Coachhire had fulfilled their pact Next up, an explanation plus a rebate was sought For this debarcle that on her wedding day, Coachhire had brought The front desk were surprised to hear her tale And promised to escalate without fail Well, maybe she could have predicted the outcome Failed promises and unprofessionalism was becoming custom Seven days after stating her case, the [name] of General Managers merely said 'No real feedback so let's cut to the chase, how's about 150 to put this to bed' This purile gesture seemed like a smack in the face She felt certain that he had not even read or considered her case This would not even start to cover taxi costs Loss of enjoyment and stress getting a response All on her wedding day The dinosaur of a General Manager had already switched off Possibly thinking about dinner or his next round of golf A relic from the seventies with no clue About the damage that such poor service can do So, the bride simply chose To tell her story by putting pen into prose In all seriousness, consider another way; for this company COACHHIRE may well ruin your day!

The coach I hired for our staff trip to London was spacious, comfortable and clean. The driver was the best you could want, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! The disabled facilities on the coach were very good too. It was the best coach trip we have ever had!!

We had a great day out being delivered door to door to see the Turner and the Sea Exhibition at Greenwich. Excellent driving with a very cooperative driver with good communication from start to finish.

We have used Coach Hire twice now and have been very impressed with the level of service both times. We’d happily use them again and recommend them. Specifically we have really appreciated their flexibility. Last time we used them, we requested to bring forward the pickup time because we had a bit of an emergency, and the driver’s response and willingness to change was great. All the drivers we have had have been very friendly and helpful. The coaches have been well equipped and had enough space for everyone’s luggage as well as a working toilet.

We booked a minibus from Coach Hire to go on my sisters hen weekend. Found the quote very reasonable and kept informed about the whole process i.e. pick ups, drivers details etc. Turned up early for both our departing and return journey and was happy to wait until we had finished our drinks! Our driver, Craig, was lovely and very accommodating for the amount of toilet breaks 12 ladies need on a 2.5 hour journey. I would highly recommend Coach hire.

Booking was no problem on line however when the driver turned up he had no idea where he was going. The party on the Coach had to get SatNav on their mobiles and try and direct the driver. This took going around Manchester town centre for over half an hour

Friendly service, got just what I was looking for at a price I was more than happy with. Easy to use good contacts and post booking service. Given coach drivers mobile number 2 days before the event, all hassle free.
