Great and fast service

Excellent service

Really happy with our experience. Took a punt after reading reviews as the price was considerably cheaper then the vendor themselves (stupid you may think but paid off for us) We flew from London to Delhi with an airline we'd never heard of and made it safe and sound and the flight was great. Confirmation through fine, e-tickets through fine and the whole experience ran smoothly. Would recommend and use again. Thank you!

The worst agency ever. I have travelled so many times to India but never experienced anything like this. My father wanted to go to India on emergency because my mom is sick. And I booked the ticket online through this site and they issued booking confirmation on the day of leaving they mailed me saying that the ticket is not confirmed. Now father can't leave to India and my mom is very sick. On top of that the sales executive is saying the money will be returned after 72 banking working hours. I don't understand when they take the money immediately why they need 12 working days to return the money. I am so devastated right now. These people are worst. I will never book the ticket from them again.

Best service

Shocking service, booked 2 flights with an advertised stopover time of 3hrs 55min, after completing booking form and paying online, got confirmation of flights showing a 10hr 35min stopover! Called them immediately to check if it was a mistake on their part only to be told there was no mistake and nothing could be done by FlySharp - would have to contact the operator or pay for cancellation or amending the flights. Would not accept any liability for their false advertising on their website. To make matters even worse, when showing my son the website was still falsely advertising the same flight with the wrong stopover! I called them again and again they admit no responsibility for the content of their webiste and not willing to help in any way. Worst service from a 'booking agent' in over 40 years of international travel. My advice is to avoid this bunch of unhelpful money grabbers at all costs.

Directly to here from Skyscanner. The booking was a very easy process - very user friendly website and not complicated process. The last minute long-haul tickets were offered at a very good price (compared to other websites). Email communications and confirmations were instant. The eticket and invoice was provided within 1-2 hrs of booking. Good experience and recommended for flight bookings.

Amazing people and very co-operative. Their service is second-to-none. Special thanks to the senior travel consultant Karan Bali who helped us. He did absolute wonders! He was very kind and understanding throughout the process. Honestly can't recommend him enough and will definitely want him to handle our future bookings.
