I have booked a Dubai flight online in the morning, they send me an email saying your booking will be done in 24 hours. Next day I get a cancellation email and now I am out of pocket and must wait 5-7 working days to get my money back. Bad agency stay away from it.

I was searching for ticket and by chance i call flysharp randomly and ask them about the flight details and booking. Their customer care team is very supportive and friendly the staff name Noel picked my call and assist me very well he solved all my problems regarding my name and told me all the best flight options Happy with the service and highly recommend for booking

I would advise anyone looking to book airline ticket to stay away from this company! They are an absolutely scam operation and steal money from customers, with minimal recourse. My girlfriend booked a ticket to India (Delhi) using a credit card. They took the payment from our credit card and we then received a confirmation email of the booking from FlySharp. Around an hour after receiving the email, we received an email stating that the booking had not been confirmed and asking me to ring 0208 705 0130. I spoke to a representative from FlySharp that said that the payment had not gone through (despite it being taken from our account) and that a refund would be issued within 2-3 days. The representative then said that if I wanted to secure the booking we would have to bank transfer money to their company, and thereby paying twice for the ticket. We are now 4 days in and no refund has been issued. To top it off, I spoke to another representative (Monit) today (22.06.23) and he proceeded to tell me that the refund process was 7-10 days. Despite me telling him what the other representative said, he essentially called me a liar and spoke to me rudely, with minimal empathy. Given that the flight is booking for next week, we are now in a position where we have no ticket and our money has been taken by this company. I have been advised to contact the Manager, Norman for assistance. I will contact the company again to give them a chance to resolve this issue and update my review accordingly. If they do not, I will be contacting Trading Standards, the local MP, local authority and other relevant services to inform them of the scam operation being run by this company. In all of my years of booking 100s of airline tickets, this is the first time I have experienced such an issue.

The bad reviews were putting me off so i delayed booking however when I realised flysharp is part of Southall travel and travel trolley, I booked and glad I did. The price was £150 cheaper than any other travel agency for trip to dubai and the etickets were emailed to me within 30 minutes- amazing.
