Nice taking to him but good service

Used FS multiple times before without problems. This time booking MAN-KWI BC ticket. It was more than 200gbp cheaper than the airlines own website. In fact in the 5 years of flying on GF its the cheapest BC ticket ive ever found - because the airline are also running discounted BC fares from MAN. Anyways. Because i couldnt fully utilise payment via their website ( id already entered all my data) I got an email and call direct from an agent advising that the ticket was on hold for me at that price. At first i thought it a little "cheeky" to have scraped and recorded my data on a failed transaction. However i was more interested in getting the ticket at that price. The agent held the seat reservation,sent me the payment link and I paid. I recieved the ticket and was able to manage my booking on the airlines website in under 2 hours. Again im very satisfied with this OTA and would use again. Oh and just as a side note, all the first timer reviews - fake.

Booking reference no: - 54Z3ZH // Invoice no: 5031346 I booked return tickets to India and then had to cancel it due to a family emergency. Booking process was fine, no hassle online but the cancellation process and refund process have been a nightmare. I was told 3 different processes by 3 different representatives for cancellation. Anyways, I waited for the refund to get credited in my account within 4 weeks of cancellation as advised in the cancellation email. When I didn't receive the refund with a month of cancellation, I got back to the team only to be assured that it will be refunded within 2-3 days. Then again I called the customer service team today and the rep informed me to wait for another 7 days. I expressed my frustration and the rep was unsympathetic and least bothered that I was not happy and will share my experience with others. These guys need some serious training on customer service and their own processes. Anyways, I am.still waiting for the refund. Let's see! Don't think I will use their service again after this experience.

Its interesting seeing the reviews either 5 or 1 star, it did get me concerned after I booked. However my experience was 5 star, flights over £100 cheaper than anywhere else, etickets received within 2 hours and the confirmation numbers registered with the airline themselves. Perfect

Booked a flight with them. They send me E ticket so i was relaxed that my flight is confirmed until i got to airport and they told me my seat is not confirmed and agent have overbooked flight so I can’t travel. Missed a Wedding because of FLY SHARP! Pathetic!

UK to US flights We booked our trip to the US with an amazing fare with Flysharp. It was our first time and we would definetly give It a 6 star if we could. Firstly, the fair (booked 5 months in advance) was the best on the market. Secondly, the customer service was great, we did not call, we contacted customer service via email and they were quick and helpful (emails were all answered in maximum 24 hours). Our return flight was delayed but this had nothing to do with them. Service was unpeccable!

I booked flights last night via Skyscanner. Too good a price to miss. Then I read reviews online and panicked. Within 2 hours my e-ticket arrived, checked airline website too. Everything exactly as it should be. Remember most people complain, few review good service.
