I was scheduled to be credited with a refund today but instead flysharp unlawfully did an unauthorized debit from my bank account. Efforts to reach them have borne no fruits as the customer care service is based in India and not the UK as shown. Please do not make a booking with them as they proceed to steal money without your knowledge. I am heavily considering filing a lawsuit against the company.

Ordered of FlySharp, and instantly paniced, due to the bad reviews on other websites. FlySharp got back to me within a minute, and the flight tickets were sent to me after a day, 60 pounds cheaper than on the actual flights website! Can't understand the bad reviews.

Aditya has the best customer service,I called him very worried as my son’s ticket was changed by the airline & being a 15yr,I was worried abt the long stay in Doha Aditya helped me & changed it to an alternative airport…..bless him His such a gentleman with impeccable customer service skills. Stop trying to remove my post like I have seen with others. This has infuriated me more. I have just had this verified. I will do so again if you try remove it. All customers be warned. There are more reputable companies than fly sharp. I dealt with Vaneer who was helpful enough, although it took multiple phone calls, Emails. There email System was down so had to email Southall travel also. I was charged $65 to change a typo 2 minutes after the booking, confirmation not even received and then spent at least 3 hours trying to sort. I always book direct but as I booked these flights for others I went for the cheaper option which was a disaster.

Absolutely disgusting, joke of a company. Booked originally for USA in 2019 for 2020, had to cancel due to COVID. Rebooked for Dec. 2021, paid another 1k for new flight which we had to cancel again due to COVID. Now trying to charge £750 to rebook again for flight that would cost 1k less ON THIER OWN WEBSITE for the exact same flights and on the BA website (which the flights are with). They is currently unable to tell us why this is yet she tried to hurry us into paying out this cost. Not to mention when we had to cancel my dad's ticket from the original booking (because he had passed away) and my brother's ticket (because he's disabled and my dad was his main carer) they sent the wrong amount of money back on the cheque and made it out TO MY DAD!! This company should be ashamed of itself and I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Would give no stars if I could. UPDATE: On the second day of trying to sort this out it transpired that the company could not find the original invoice which should have been £900 worth. However because a whole day had passed the price tickets had gone up! Furthermore they could only find £700 of this invoice and we were still expected to pay £700 more. After being escalated and being told that we had to pay admin fees and flysharp do charge for the time it is taking to sort this booking we ended up paying an extra £225 which included luggage after another 11 hours of going back and forth on the phone. We are glad its sorted now but the amount of hassle its been over the last few years, after we did ask for a refund from the start because we knew we wanted to go on the holiday when we could and we wanted to support the business that were being effected by the pandemic, it all feel like a big slap in the face. UPDATE: Flysharp are trying to have my review taken down but I will be sending all of our proof to trustpilot. I can see how their review score might be higher than maybe should be.
