I can’t even able to give a single star to this company. I had very bad experience with my booking and I submit my review on TrustPilot. In reply of that they said that they contact me after a 1st minute of booking. Such a liar people’s???? I didn’t received my e-ticket and I called them after 2 hours and they were not able to find my booking and I need to give them the amount of booking and then they able to find. They send me an email after 5 hours of my booking that call us urgently and they confirm that they can not make that booking and I was. Worst service ever and worst communication as well. Beware all….

Not sure why this company gets bad reviews. My dealings with them were very pleasant and smooth. Booking was easy and price was good. Ultimately I had to cancel my trip their customer service was very sympathetic to my circumstances and processed my refund quickly. I got my refund within stipulated time. In all the stress I've been under this past month at least this was one thing I didn't have to worry about. This is why I thought I must leave this company a good review. I will definitely be using them again.

Flysharp charged our credit card but failed to issue the tickets when queried they said they cannot as the price has increased by £100 -- highway robbery without the gun -- I have asked for a full refund of our tickets and so far they have refused our request. I would not recommend

Straight up stole money, lied, cheated, delayed, mocked my situation and intelligence. They admitted on the phone that they owed over £300, then changed the story and in writing withheld almost all of it. Research on the issue with BA proved that they stole, lied and cheated. It's not even that just the owner is a bad actor, all staff proved to be as culpable in this lowbrow scam of a company. How they're still in business is beyond me. Scum. Absolute scum.

Had a return flight back from Manila that I couldn’t use, approached Flysharp came back to me quickly enough but appeared to lose interest very quickly as well saying nothing they could do with the type of ticket they sold me, approached Gulf Air who advised I could change the date but only through agent, never heard from Flysharp again! Flysharp just sell tickets end of story, if you need aftersales forget it! Cheap tickets from this type of sales agent are a little cheaper and if you do not require any after sales service do save you some money, any problems you are on your own!

LEFT STRANDED AND NO CANCELLED FLIGHT REFUND Itinerary No PWXQ12 / Invoice No 4483923 UPDATE: 10/10/2022 MANY THANKS FOR THE REPLY, FINALLY, NOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN PUBLICLY NAMED AND SHAMED. I AM HAPPY TO RESEND YOU THE EMAIL SENT TO YOUR COMPANY 04/08/2020 REQUESTING DETAILS FOR A REFUND OR CHANGE OF RETURN FLIGHT, WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY 43 OF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSES, READ BY 18 AND NOT READ/IGNORED BY 28. I STILL HAVE THE EMAILS AND ALL DELIVERY AND READ RECEIPTS DATED FROM 04/08/2020 TO 04/02/2021. AS MY POSTS SAYS, I HAVE CONTACTED THE AIRLINE AND THEY HAVE ASSURED ME AS A VALUED LONG-TERM FLYER OF THEIRS AND ALSO AS A LONG-TERM MEMBER OF THEIR FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMME, THAT THE REFUND FOR MY FLIGHT WAS MADE TO YOUR COMPANY!!! I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT...... ORIGINAL POST: 06/10/2022 Itinerary No PWXQ12 / Invoice No 4483923 The return leg of my flight from Bangkok, Thailand to London Heathrow with Gulf Air booked through FLY SHARP was cancelled due to Covid-19. I WAS NOT ADVISED BY FLY SHARP OF THE CANCELLATION, I found out by checking the flight status online, which was just two days prior to departure, and never received notification of the cancellation from FLY SHARP. Despite sending dozens of emails to several FLY SHARP email addresses enquiring about a replacement flight I never received a reply. I was left stranded and stuck in Thailand for considerable time, which cost me a lot of money and time and problems with Thai immigration. I have also called FLY SHARP several times and each time I am either promised a call back, which never happens, or told that I can have a refund but have to pay a £75 fee to get the refund, which I would not agree to. I have checked with Gulf Air and have been assured that they themselves have issued all refunds back to the relevant agents. The flight was booked on 07/03/20. Flight dates were: OUTBOUND: 12/03/20, INBOUND: 11/07/20. I paid £426.87 and have yet to receive a refund. I am now pursuing legal recourse through a solicitor and I am looking for a full refund of the flight price paid and compensation for the additional costs incurred and time lost whilst left stranded in Thailand.

Would give it zero stars if I could. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM - THEY ARE A SCAM. Here's a brief synopsis of my experience with Flysharp: I booked 2 return tickets through Skyscanner, NCL-JFK. At the point of purchase I paid £982.46 and received a confirmation of the booking. This morning, I received an email from Flysharp stating the booking was not confirmed with the airlines. Upon calling Flysharp I was told the tickets were not booked, that they are booked on a first come first basis and that the ones I had selected were not available. I was then told I needed to pay £200 per ticket, £400 total, to 'confirm' my flight i.e. book the same flight again. This gave the total cost £1382.46. When I enquired about cancelling my booking I was informed it would cost £210 per ticket, as a cancellation charge. The £400 has been paid and it's now too late to make alternative travel arrangements. Putting me out of pocket by over £400 for the same flight I was scheduled to be on. AVOID

Referred from SkyScanner, bought two Business Class return flights from London to Calgary at very short notice (4 days before travel) for less less than WestJet were selling Premium Economy! The booking experience was unusual - received just one return eTicket on the day I booked, called them the next day and they said the second ticket would be sent later that day (which I did receive as advised). However, the day after that when I went onto the WestJet site to view the booking, the first ticket had been cancelled and we were back to only one ticket! I called them again, was assured it would be sorted and later that evening we got a new eTicket. Having seen many bad experiences on here, I was quite worried that they were unable to fulfil the two tickets at the advertised price and was expecting further issues, but we were able to check in on the day and we've just got back with no further problems. I do wonder what might have happened had I not noticed myself that the first ticket had been cancelled! Each time I contacted them I was able to speak to someone who dealt with the problem. I even received a courtesy call while I was checking my bag at the airport to explain that the first ticket had been cancelled due to a system error. It seems that most of the bad experiences reported here are related to amendments or flight cancellations. Just be aware that FlySharp are reselling tickets and don't have to offer the same terms as the airline they are booking with, so they can charge for changes and set a refund policy that suits them - make sure you read their terms and are happy with them before you book with them, and if you have any doubts, go elsewhere! So, we got a great deal on last minute Business Class tickets and had no major issues.

Two years ago I booked and paid for 3 tickets to return from the UK to our home in Australia using FlySharp through Skyscanner. The flights were cancelled due to covid. I have been fighting for a refund ever since. 18 months after the cancellation, I contacted FlySharp again to ask for an update. Good news! They have received the refund from the airline, however, they can only electronically transfer my money to a UK bank account. I explained that I no longer reside in the UK, hence the one way tickets, and asked if they could send to my Australian bank account, or failing that, if they could send to a family member in the UK. They once again refused to send the funds overseas but agreed to send to my father. I followed their instructions and provided my fathers bank details. 4 days later he has still not received the funds so I followed up with FlySharp, who advised the accounts dept will only refund to the card used to pay for the tickets (now expired) and offered to keep my money ‘safe’ for me in the form of a credit note. FlySharp have also avoided advising when the airline refunded to them, and I expect it was some many months ago. I will now be taking further legal advice and any costs associated with this will be billed to FlySharp. If I could give zero stars I would. The non-refund amounts to theft. Edit: INVOICE NO. 4508795 as requested. UPDATE: The above is a true and accurate description of events. Unsurprisingly, the same person I have been corresponding with is the person addressing this complaint via Trustpilot. As she has not posted her reply, I have taken the liberty of adding it to my post (below). “Firstly we render our sincere apologies for a much delayed response. Addressing on the same, may we mention that all material points in your query have been duly responded to in our earlier correspondences and all reasonable measures have been taken to address the issues raised however, we understand that you remain dissatisfied with our clarifications. We express our inability to add anything further and render our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that may have caused. Also please note that our customer service is the single point of contact for addressing any complaints to, formal or informal. Regards” FlySharp, the fact remains that you are withholding the money refunded by the airline, intended for me. UPDATE 12.08.2022 Response to FlySharp: Your response includes the words: “We can process the refund through bank transfer or cheque but the accountholder or the payee name must be the same as the cardholder who paid for the ticket. Isn’t this what I’ve been asking for all along? For the funds to be processed as a bank transfer to me? Your bank, Barclays, will be more than happy to assist you with the international bank transfer if there is any doubt on how to do this. Advising that an international transfer cannot be done is untrue. You are, in fact, withholding funds and this cannot be disputed by you. It was you who advised I could nominate my father as recipient for the bank transfer, and you were incorrect in providing this confirmation. Would providing a copy my marriage certificate be sufficient proof that Mr B**** H********* is my father, and so allow the transfer to a UK bank account to proceed? Please advise how I am to use a FlySharp credit note from here in Australia. Once again, I would ask for confirmation of the date FlySharp received my refund as no response to this question has yet been offered.

I had booked a ticket from London to Dubai and paid 460 pounds. I wanted to change the ticket dates to 16th September departure and return on 25th september. New tickets for the above dates are of 416 pounds. When I contacted customer care they said I shall have to pay 100 pounds as change fees and the fare difference. When the fare difference is negative still they are asking me to pay 210 pounds. I don't understand when there is no fare difference the reason I am asked to pay more. This is so unprofessional and ethical. This is like cheating the customers. Its not we change for fun. When we have some plan change due to some unforeseen circumstances that we make those changes and despite that I am happy to pay the charge for date change but if the flight fare is not different I should not be paying that. Invoice No. :- 4814646 Booking reference:- DIWLIG They are giving a vague reply that I need to pay the fare difference when there is no fare difference. And I am asking for the same ticket not of a different type of ticket

System error customer at fault. I booked a flight through Skyscanner, but the date was incorrect, I called them up straight away, and they said it would be £100+ to change the date to one day earlier, even though the earlier date is cheaper on their website. Promised a call from the manager but never received one. While speaking to the agent, they hung up on my call halfway through. BE VERY CAREFUL. They are part of Southall Travel. Also said ATAL protection is not included, will need to pay for this.

The worst experience I ever had in any kind of services. They are completely unprofessional and useless. I have booked ticket for 3 passengers, then enquired them for a change in date, they told for each person I have to spend 100gbp so in total 300gbp for a change alone and then extra amount for the flights. I asked them not to change anything. Before departure, Unfortunately airline has changed the flight timings it's flying 6hr before the actual scheduled time, I asked them for a free lounge access, as I have to travel with the kids, airlines asked me to get in touch with agents and agents again with airlines, it's like a loop, they both have wasted my time. Agent said, I will give a full refund if you want to cancel, obviously I wanted to travel that's why i booked but it does not mean you can change the flight timings and force me to go on with that. Then they told we will reschedule the flights but you need to pay extra for tax, I told okay and paid the amount, but the invoice reflects as "change in travel admin fees" instead of tax. They are complete liars, technically they changed the flight timings not my fault but still they cheated me to pay extra by saying tax. Please please don't use their service. Better run to your origin country even if it takes extra 2 days. Booking ref: 1VP18K Invoice no: 4816653 ------Updated------- Rupa from Flysharp called me and refunded the amount which have the deducted from me. Thanks Rupa!. But Whatever that has happened before Rupa's action can't be changed.

Terrible company. Not sure how they still not bankrupt. First - if you purchase tickets without luggage and want to buy after, they don't do it and you can do this only when you checking in. Second - if you want to change flight (day change), FlySharp tells ridiculous amount of money to change it, when it is couple times cheaper to buy new ones. Third - when I wanted to cancel inbound flight, FlySharp team told that it is not refundable, but I will have airport charges back as a refund, but only after outbound flight. Guess what - after outbound flight was completed, they told me that no refund will be given to me. I am very disappointed with this company, customer service is terrible. Legal thieves.

When next week i rang in and they flately refused to rebook or refund... . Very very bad experience don't suggest anyone to book tickets with these fraudsters.Booking invoice 4416340

DO NOT BOOK WITH FLYSHARP - I booked flights to Malaysia for travel in 2020, which we have been unable to rebook until now due to Malaysia’s borders being closed. According to the airline’s terms, we should have a credit voucher which we can use until the end of the year. Flysharp, however, are preventing us from rebooking through them and won’t issue us with a refund. After largely ignoring us for a month, they have just come back and told us to contact the airline directly - which goes against Malaysia Airline’s policy. We have now lost £1200 and months of time dealing with this scam company. Customer service is abysmal and emails go ignored half of the time. One agent also once called at 11pm at night. Will be pushing with trading standards.
