United Kingdom | 01 July 2021I have requested a refund back in March 2021, and they said the refund would take 4-6 weeks as they would need to make a request from the airline. Waited until 13/05/2021, still no refund and promise to refund within 10 working days. Still, no refund. Sent another email on the 24/05/2021 their excuse was "Please be informed that the refund has already been processed from our end. We would request you to kindly wait for a few days and check your bank transactions" Still no refund, I've sent another email on the 10/06/2021, and their excuse becomes more interesting - "We tried crediting the refund to the same mode of payment but the transaction was rejected by your bank. Kindly let us know is the same card is in use so that we may try processing the refund to the same card again. Alternatively, we can either post a cheque for the refundable amount or transfer it to your bank account, details of which are required", their excuse that the refund transaction was rejected by the credit card is completely false because I spoke to the bank. So, I went ahead and sent them my debit card details to see what excuse they would come up with. They agreed to process the refund within 5-8 working days. As you guest - STILL NO REFUND UNTIL NOW For all those in my position, please take your complaint to IATA.org (their regulating body) and phone your bank to open a transaction dispute, because they will delay you to buy time and in hope that you will forget your refund. And if you have booked your ticket through SKYSCANNER as I did, then take your complaint to them as well, to make them aware of this company's practice. Finally, just let you know that they also operate under a different company names, but their registered company name is PH TRAVEL LTD

United Kingdom | 22 June 2021I am currently trying to get a refund for flights initiated with them on 20/4/21 after debacle with Qatar Airways. Initial resoponses were very reassuring and positive however contacted today and feel like being fobbed off with excuses and now some 9weeks after initial refund initiated with them told someone called me 4/5 weeks ago and I didn't respond but no text, e-mail or voicemail advising they needed further info and just left with no other follow up. Advising I need an open ticket number so contacted Qatar Airways who advised that the travel agent will have all the details they require re. payment and they cannot do anything (also extremely poor service). I am so frustrated and feel like being fobbed off and not helped at all. Would not receommend and extremely disappointed and stressed.

After FlySharp read my review they finally answered me promising a refund within 5 weeks. 5 weeks has come and go. No refund and Monika won’t even reply to my emails. Disgusting service I feel I will have to take legal action to recover my money

Sweden | 13 June 2021Refund the Whole Amount My flight to karachi was cancelled by Gulf Air. I contacted fly sharp in regards to this. Rahul was a great help as he make sure that the refund process will be dealt in the time frame which he has provided. I don't have to chase them around the refund. As promise with in 4 to 6 weeks whole amount was credited back to my card. I will use them again in future once the uncertainty about travelling get bit eased.

United Kingdom | 09 June 2021I had to change planned flight dates and, eventually, cancel flights because of Covid issues in South Africa. Flysharp were very good in getting the money I had paid refunded. I will definitely rebook with them when Covid allows.

United Kingdom | 30 May 2021Such a terrible service ,i would call it a scam.i have booked tickets in begining of april from skyscanner and after that i got a call from southall travel saying that my payment was voided and will be refunded and if i want to keep the same ticket i should transfer the amount in their bank account straight which i did as they said.now its 30th of may and i didnt get the refund,called them many times and they saying that the refund as been issued but i confirmed from bank and it is not,my bank is going to investigate this matter with their bank and if its happening often then their account can get freeze.from skyscanner payment method it took payment as faster payment method and bank is unable to directly trace payment those are paid through faster payment method so please avoid it. As i just come back from abroad due to death of my father and now stuck in hotel quarantine and i have to go through this situation in such a financially tough time for me.i hope they would refund me money or i ll do my best to raise it on social media and the concern departments. Update: I will personally go to branch after i got out of hotel quarantine but bank has already clearly told me that this was payed via faster payment method and there is no way bank can trace this money and if it was refunded then there is no way it can go somewhere else.its easy to push me here and there between you guys and bank but i am the one in the loss and dont know where my money is.

United Kingdom | 28 May 2021Such a pathetic service as i booked tickets in December 2020 and requested for refund in the same month for January 2020 tickets. We were unable to travel due to lockdown restrictions and many flights were also cancelled due to that. Called several times and every time i was told it has bee escalated with Qatar airways and request for refund has been raised. Calling Qatar airways, i have now come to know that the booking was never requested for refund and these are open tickets. It is May the 28th and FlySharp is still fooling me and saying that they have requested three times to Qatar airways and waiting for their refund to be done! I will never book again with them and never recommend anyone now to use this company or Southall Travel as they are both same but different names. I will also raise this issue on all other social media platforms soon so that they won't dodge anyone and steal money for not providing services...

Singapore airlines had confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund and it was processed from their end on 16 Apr 2021. I also had a confirmation email from flysharp to wait for 6 weeks to process the refund from the time I applied for it.It has been more than 6 weeks and still not received my refund. I have called Flysharp but no one is answering the telephone and my email is not answered as well. This is very disappointing and do not recommend anyone to use this company. I will make sure that family and friends will know about my experience to spare them from all the grief. I am still waiting for a reply to my email and my refund! Hopefully somebody come back to me with an answer soon!

United Kingdom | 30 April 2021We booked flights to Cuba with Flysharp on Air France due to coronavirus our flights were cancelled. They did not notify us that flight had been cancelled but friends of ours who booked directly with Air France were informed. They have consequently had a refund from Air France. I contacted Flysharp and was told Air France were not offering refunds and the only thing they would do was offer a credit note for Air France that if not used within the year we would get a full refund. Due to government restrictions we can obviously not fly in the time frame. So I contacted FlySharp again. Spoke to Marvin. He told me that what I had been told regarding a refund from Air France was untrue. I contacted Air France myself I was informed my booking was still current no attempt from Flysharp had been made to recover my money and that I was entitled to a full refund. I again rang Marvin and said I wanted my refund he told me they would get back to me in 48 hours that was three weeks ago and I have rang continuously and just been fobbed of. 1 star is too much. I’ve called Qatar and they say I can get a refund but agent has not made it visible for them to see the amount paid. Very frustrating. Really bad customer service. I’ve had to go to another agent and add more £££. Really wished I’ve read all this reviews before booking with them. I’m still waiting to process my refund! And I can only do this with Flysharp! After reading your reply, there is no reason stated why there is no response from your side to discuss this matter. I don’t want to discuss this here either but it’s difficult when I can’t get hold of anyone!! I need to apply for the refund pls!

My flight was cancelled and to reschedule Fly Sharp (Southhall Travel) asked for extra £60 whereas virgin said rebooking is absolutely free. It is inhumane that a company is trying to make money of global crisis, People are struggling for jobs and fighting for life and these people are trying to make money if every way they can. I think government should ban them. WHY IS NOT FARE DIFFERENCE FOR TICKETS WHICH I BOOKED DIRECT WITH VIRGIN ON SAME DAY AND TIME? WHY FARE DIFFERENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY. ALSO NONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVE HAS GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME AS YOU PROMISED. I THINK YOU ARE USING THIS PLATFORM TO SHOW PEOPLE HOW HELPFUL YOU GUYS ARE. BUT INTERNALLY YOU ARE NOT SOLVING MY PROBLEM

United Kingdom | 06 April 2021I have been waiting for a refund since March 2020!!! We were due to fly out from London to New York on March 30th 2020 and have still not been refunded for this. I have had countless conversations about it ‘taking another 2 weeks’ and that they’re ‘waiting for the airline to refund the money first’. The airline (Virgin Atlantic) claim that that has been done but regardless, the contact was made with FlySharp in 2019 and they should’ve refunded my money by now- 13 months later!

United Kingdom | 23 February 2021Stay away from this company Southall, Travel trolley all part of the same franchise.I had to reschedule my flights due to government announcements and even tho the new flight dates were cheaper online to what I had paid they were adding on numerous different taxes so overall was over £200 more expensive then the online price when questioned they gave unreasonable excuses - they take your money as a new customer but as an existing customer they just rip you off knowing you have no choice but to accept or lose your money. To top it off each person you speak to gives difference in reasoning - better off either going direct with the airline as not much difference in flight price and especially during these circumstances for customer ease and not having to worry as the airline customer service most definitely have dealt better with these circumstances then the travel agents.

Despite complaining below, I finally get a call from the J, the agent on 18th Feb, 72 hours after the initial request who informs me that a date change will be 30 gbp. I confirm after 24 hours that I’d like it to go ahead via email to the agent and central team They contact me so much later to say the price is 100gbp for the change. I request to understand the math/ get a call - none of which is done. They just keep sending emails back and forth and claim they tried to call me when they haven’t ( I even sent a screenshot of the phone I’m sitting with) as though I’m a fool! 1. The delay in booking and therefore the increase in airline fare seems to be my fault - as despite the confirmation, they can’t explain the differential to me. 2. I finally get a call 5 hours after requesting it - and obviously missed it as it’s unreasonable to be sitting next to a mobile forever 3. I request the agent J to agree a time on 20th and call the same day - been 48 hours till today and no response. Honestly, don’t bother with traveltrolley and flysharp. They make you feel good upfront but after sales is just poor service. Now the prices are going up and despite it not being my fault overall, I’ll be paying a much much higher differential. They couldn’t even give me a mathematical breakdown of the price change despite asking many times - the cancellation change should have been free anyway! I only agreed to pay as it was just 30 pounds to close the deal. I’m in India for a family medical emergency and managing them is the most harrowing experience ever. I have exchanged 50+ emails with the team and no resolution. No desire to change or help! Not my fault to start with, no help later and responsiveness is very very poor. Go anywhere but them! Please Thanks Despite telling me yesterday that I’d get to hear from the person in charge and taking my phone details, no contact in 24 hours? How hard can it be to dial a number for a customer that needs help and solve what is a simple issue?

United Kingdom | 21 February 2021Trying to rebook some Virgin Atlantic flights (reference H4H7TU) which I initially purchased through Flysharp but then had to convert into an open ticket as was not able to travel on the initial departure date. I have been informed by Virgin Atlantic that the fare difference is completely waived as the new travel will be completed before 31 May. This is written clearly on their website. Despite a crystal clear policy from Virgin atlantic, Flysharp are still adamant on charging me to book new flights. They are saying the payment is for "the fare difference" and this is a payment that goes to the airline apparently. Even though the airline are saying that they are definitely not charging anything for this change. Rude telephone advisors, they never let you speak and just talk over you and shout. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
