We had a problem with one of the cdjs yet we was available to access help via online messaging and was moved to another room and credited time. The studios were extremely clean. Jack was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!

Had to use Live chat to help with verification. Polly was very helpful and sorted my problems.

Stupidly missed out on the 6 year Anniversary £20 free credit by not booking on time. Sent through an email asking if I could still claim it and received a reply within minutes from a Laurence E saying he'd gifted the £20 back into my account. Amazing customer service! The studios are always spot on too - I highly recommend!

The best studio for up and coming artists and amazing customer service

Dealt with Pete who assisted me when I had to cancel a booking at very short notice due to band member having to isolate due to Covid. He was prompt and helpful and was able to offer me a credit to be used against our next booking. I can’t thank them (esp Pete!) enough. Great service, organisation and solution. Thank you :-)

Slight issue with studio so they quickly transferred me to a new one with no hassle. Very helpful over online chat.
