United Kingdom | 30 July 2021Was informed I had to isolate due to coming into contact with friends who had tested positive for Covid, unfortunately this was within the 12 hours before mu booking, however given the circumstances they were so understanding and offered an opportunity to cancel and receive the credit back to book again. The person I spoke to in the customer service live chat was super quick, efficient and lovely to talk to.

United Kingdom | 30 July 2021Not used Pirate for a while. They sent me some free credit out of the blue so I went to check out a London studio I hadn't tried before to play some drums. Firstly, I screwed up and didn't redeem the credit properly. Contacted Pirate and they sorted it really quick. I took a chance and didn't bring any of my usual gear, i.e cymbals/ kick pedal etc. Turned out the kick pedal was kaput, but through Whatsapp, customer service got it sorted and then gave me a little extra time for the hassle. I think the gear being a bit ropey/not maintained is always the risk with an unmanned rehearsal studio, but Pirate were as helpful as they could have been without being there. Definitely will use more frequently, cheers guys.
