Had some issues with equipment recently and emailed in to let them know of a small fault I had come across, I got a very fast reply offering to change to a room with fully working equipment as well as further advice on some additional technical matters. Super friendly customer service from start to finish of the experience, honestly can't knock it.

United States | 03 August 2021The access is super easy and the rooms sound great- with added cool lights as well! Customer service is also great. When I fluffed up and booked for the wrong day and didn’t notice until after the incorrect slot had passed, they made a one-time exception for me to credit my account. I’ve used the spaces both for solo practice time and with a three-piece band. My only mixed comment is that at one point I accidentally left my phone in the room when I stepped out to use the bathroom and if I hadn’t been wearing my smart watch with access to my texts with the code in it I would have been royally boned since there isn’t a traditional front desk situation. Make sure to write your codes down if you’re practicing alone!
